การจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณ อำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษากระบวนการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์และสภาพปัญหาในการจัดการ เพื่อหาแนวทางในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณที่เหมาะสม เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มุ่งเน้นศึกษาระบบการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ การบริหารจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์แบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และสภาพปัญหาของพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณ จากทัศนคติของเจ้าอาวาสวัดศรีสุพรรณ ผู้ดูแลพิพิธภัณฑ์ และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณ ได้ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าชมจากการสัมภาษณ์ สมุดเยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ และตอบแบบสอบถามเพื่อไปวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ทำให้ข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถนำไปวิเคราะห์รูปแบบในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณที่เหมาะสม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณมีสภาพปัญหาในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์เป็นการจัดการโดยขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ทำให้พิพิธภัณฑ์มีการดำเนินกิจการพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ขาดความต่อเนื่อง ขาดการพัฒนา และการขาดความต่อเนื่องในการจัดกิจกรรมของพิพิธภัณฑ์ รูปแบบการจัดการที่เหมาะสม พิพิธภัณฑ์วัดศรีสุพรรณจะต้องให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ เชิญปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้ที่มีความรู้ในเรื่องของโบราณวัตถุในพิพิธภัณฑ์ให้ข้อมูลเรื่องราวของโบราณวัตถุ ขอความสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มชาวบ้านในท้องถิ่น สถาบันการศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย หน่วยงานของ ภาครัฐ และเอกชน ในรูปแบบการจัดการอย่างมีส่วนร่วมนี้จะนำไปสู่สำนึกร่วมของคนในท้องถิ่น ให้รู้จักหวงแหนโบราณสถาน โบราณวัตถุ และเห็นคุณค่าในท้องถิ่น ขณะเดียวกันสามารถเชื่อมโยงสายสัมพันธ์ของคนในชุมชน

This study is a combined qualitative and quantitative research to identify the suitable form of management for Wat Si Supan Museum. It examines existing cultural resources in the museum and its outlying community as well as its problems and obstacles from the perspectives of the abbot of Wat Si Supan, community members and other related persons. Data from interviews, questionnaires, and visitor comments were also collected to delineate their satisfaction and opinions on the suitable form of museum management. Statistical and descriptive analyses were then implemented. The study findings revealed that the problems in the management of Wat Si Supan Museum stems from the lack of community participation, which leads to management discontinuity, lack of development, and discontinuing museum activities. The study recommends that a suitable form of museum management must rely on community participation. There are local scholars and knowledgeable in the relics and cultural articles in the museum’s collection who can be recruited to participate in the museum’s management. Additional assistance can be obtained from community members, local groups as well as educational institutions, universities, government and private agencies in the region. This form of community participatory management will enhance local awareness on the significance of their cultural heritages and community solidity. Community participation not only builds up the collective pride of local people to appreciate and cherish the area’s historical sites and ruins but also strengthen community relationships.
