ความสนุกสนานในอารมณ์ของประเพณีการละเล่น : การสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรมเพื่อการตกแต่งโรงแรมดุสิตดีทู เชียงใหม่

Abstract

โครงการสร้างสรรค์เรื่อง “ความสนุกสนานในอารมณ์ของประเพณีการละเล่น” การสร้างสรรค์ประติมากรรมเพื่อการตกแต่งโรงแรมดุสิต ดีทู เชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาและสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะ3 มิติรูปทรงนามธรรม ที่ใช้วัสดุธรรมชาติ (ขี้เลื่อย) สำหรับตกแต่งห้องรับรองแขกของโรงแรมดุสิต ดีทู เชียงใหม่ ผลจากการศึกษา สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว เป็นการสร้างสรรค์ขี้เลื่อยโดยการพอกให้เกิดรูปทรงนามธรรมที่มาจากประเพณีการละเล่นของชาวเขาเผ่าม้ง โดยนำท่วงท่า ท่าทางของผู้เล่น ผู้มาเชียร์ ตลอดจนอุปกรณ์การละเล่น กล่าวได้ว่าเป็นงานศิลปะนามธรรม 3 มิติและกึ่ง 2 มิติ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 2 ชุด 14 ชิ้นงาน ซึ่งนำไปจัดบริเวณส่วนของห้องรับรองแขก ภายหลังการติดตั้งแล้ว พบว่า สอดคล้องกับห้องรับรองแขก กลมกลืนกับการใช้สอย บรรยากาศ ขนาดพื้นที่ การออกแบบ และสภาพภูมิทัศน์ภายนอกห้องรับรองแขกด้วย ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ นอกจากได้ผลงานศิลปะเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวแล้ว ยังได้เทคนิค แนวทางใหม่ในการสร้างสรรค์งาน อีกทั้งได้ช่วยลดโลกร้อนโดยการนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ รวมทั้งได้ดำรงรักษาวิธีการสร้างสรรค์ชิ้นงานด้วยมือ (Handmade) ในท่ามกลางกระแสความเปลี่ยนแปลงยุคข้อมูลข่าวสาร และยุคสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้วย

The objectives of the project of ‘The Mood of Enjoyment from Traditional Mountaineer Playing – The Sculpture Project for Dusit D2 Hotel, Chiang Mai’ are to study on and to create 3 – dimensioned abstract art works from natural material (Saw dust), which will be used for decorating the guest rooms of Dusit D2 Hotel, Chiang Mai. The results from this project are the abstract art works with unique style made from saw dust. The abstract art works represent the gestures of attendants, audiences and equipments in the traditional playing of Hmong mountaineers. It is found that, installed in the guest rooms, the 3-dimensioned and the semi 2-dimensioned art works, the total number of both types altogether is 14, are agreeable to the function, ambience, space and design of each room. In addition, the art works are also agreeable to the view outside the room as well. Apart from the creation of the unique art works, this project also suggests a new way to create art works which can also reduce the global warming problems by reusing the disposed material such as the saw dust and preserve the creation of handmade products in the era of informational and technological streams.
