การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง : ศึกษากรณีอำเภอเมืองนครปฐม จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ของสมาชิกกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ในอำเภอเมืองนครปฐม จำนวน 12 กองทุน กองทุนละ 10 คน รวม 120 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้านเพศใช้ (t-test) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างการรับรู้ของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ของสมาชิก ใช้การทดสอบ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก2. การเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 2.1 การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง จำแนกตามเพศโดยภาพรวมพบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มี เพศ ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2 การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง จำแนกตามอายุโดยภาพรวมพบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มี อายุ ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.3 การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมพบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.4 การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง จำแนกตามอาชีพโดยภาพรวมพบว่า สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มีอาชีพต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.5 การรับรู้ของสมาชิกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง จำแนกตามรายได้ ของสมาชิกโดยภาพรวมพบว่า สมาชิกองทุนหมู่บ้านที่มีรายได้ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการคำเนินของงานกองทุนหมู่บ้าน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were : (I) to study the level of perception of the members on the implementation of community and urban fund (2) to compare the perception of the members on the performance of community and urban fund classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation and members' income. The sample group was consisted of 12 communities fund members in Nakhon Pathom District, 10 members in each fund, and 120 members in total. The statistical analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, F-test. The results of this research were as follows : 1. The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund was at a high level. 2. The comparison of perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund was as follows : 2.1 The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund classified by gender was statistically significant different at the level .05 2.2 The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund classified by age was statistically significant different the level .01 2.3 The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund classified by educational level was found that the different in educational level of community fund members was not significant different . 2.4 The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund classified by occupation was found that the different in occupation of community fund members was not significant different. 2.5 The perception of community fund and district members on the performance of community and district fund classified by members' income was found that the different in members' income of community fund members was not significant different.
