การศึกษาสภาพการจ้ดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมในจังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดการศึกษาไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพผู้ให้ข้อมูลและสังกัดสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐมแต่ละสังกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากกลุ่มผู้บริหาร 76 คน กลุ่มผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินการจัด 76 คน และกลุ่มครูผู้สอน 76 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 228 คน ของสถานศึกษาที่เป็นจุดติดตั้งชุดอุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดาวเทียมในจังหวัดนครปฐม เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามในแต่ละกลุ่ม จำนวน 1 ชุด รวม 3 ชุด สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)เปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ระหว่างเพศ อายุ สถานภาพผู้ให้ข้อมูล และสถานศึกษาแต่ละสังกัด โดยใช้ t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม ด้านการบริหารโครงการ และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยภาพรวมมีการดำเนินงานในระดับปานกลาง 2. การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ และสังกัดสถานศึกษากับการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมจังหวัดนครปฐม ด้านการบริหารโครงการและด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนแต่ละสังกัด ด้านการบริหารโครงการและด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า 2.1 เพศ ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2 อายุ มีควานเต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสติติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเฉพาะกลุ่มอายุ 41-50 ปี ต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มอายุมากกว่า 50 ปี 2.3 สถานภาพ ในส่วนเฉพาะคำถามที่เหมือนกันไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.4 สังกัดสถานศึกษา ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the distance education through satellite in Nakhon Pathom province in terms of management and teaching procedure 2) to study the distance education through satellite in Nakhon Pathom province in terms of gender, age, living status, and institution of answers. 3) to study the problem and obstacle as well as suggestions of the distance education through satellite in Nakhon Pathom province The samples were taken from the 76 executive teachers, 76 the teachers who are responsible for the management and 76 teachers who actually teach. The research tools were questionnaires for each group of the sample, 3 questionnaires in total. The data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage ( %), mean (x ̅), the standard deviation (S.D.), and t-test and F-test for comparing the differences among gender, age, status, institution of distance education trough satellite in Nakhon Pathom Province learners. The research findings are as follows : 1. The performance of the distance education through satellite in Nakhon Pathom Province in terms of management and teaching procedure is at moderate level. 2. The comparison the differences among gender, age, status, and institution of distance education through satellite in Nakhon Pathom Province learners has the results as follows: 2. 1 Gender: had no statistical significant different at .05 level. 2.2 Age: had statistical significant different at .05 by the mean of the gender group 41-50 years is lower than the mean of the gender group more than 50 years 2.3 Status had: no statistical significant different at .05 level. 2.4 Institution: had no statistical significant different at .05 level.
