สภาพจริงและความคาดหวังขงประชาชนในจังหวัดนครปฐมต่อบทบาทของวัดในการให้การศึกษา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพจริงและความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของวัดในการให้การศึกษาในด้านต่าง ๆ คือ ด้านศาสนา ด้านวิชาการ ด้านวิชาชีพ และเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อบทบาทของวัดในการให้การศึกษา ตามตัวแปรอิสระ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้วัดในจังหวัดนครปฐม ใช้วิธีการสอบถามวัดละ 15 คน จำนวน 14 วัด รวม 210 คน และสัมภาษณ์เจ้าอาวาสหรือผู้รับผิดชอบการศึกษาของวัด จำนวน 14 วัด วัดละ 1 รูป รวม 14 รูป รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยครั้งนี้ จำนวน 224 คน/รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์อย่างมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ข้อมูลสภาพทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่และค่าร้อยละ ข้อมูลสภาพจริงและความคาดหวังของกลุ่มตัวอย่างวิเคราะห์โดยใช้คะแนนเฉลี่ยและค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบสภาพจริงและความหวัง ใช้สถิติ (t - Test ) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคาดหวังของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตัวแปรอิสระคือ เพศ และที่อยู่อาศัย ใช้สถิติ (t-Test) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคาดหวังของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตัวแปรอิสระคือ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ อาชีพ และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับวัด ใช้สถิติ (F-test) การสัมภาษณ์ใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปตารางประกอบการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพจริงของวัดในบทบาทการให้การศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ด้านศาสนาอยู่ในระคับปานกลาง ด้านวิชาการและด้านวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับน้อย และประชาชนมีความคาดหวังต่อบทบาทของวัดในการให้การศึกษาโดยภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพจริงกับความคาดหวัง พบว่า ทุกด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังกับตัวแปรอิสระพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ ที่อยู่อาศัย สถานภาพ และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกับวัด แตกต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อวัดในบทบาทการให้การศึกษาทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และประชาชนที่มี อายุ รายได้ และอาชีพ แตกต่างกัน มีความหวังต่อวัดในบทบาทการให้การศึกษาด้านวิชาชีพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติติที่ระดับ .05 ประชาชนที่มีระดับการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน มีความหวังต่อวัดในบทบาทการให้การศึกษาด้านวิชาการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The aims of this research were to study and to compare the actual and expect roles of people to status of temple in education in the part of religion, academic, profession and to compare the expect of the people to status of temple in education with the Independent Variables. The sample population were those who live near the temple in Nakhon Pathom Province. The questionnaire was used with 210 persons near 14 temples and the structure interview with 14 abbots or responsible person in education of temple. They were 224 persons from 14 temples The instruments use were questionnaire and structure interview. The data were collected and analyzed by using frequency and percentile statistic. The data of the people's expect were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation. The comparison of different actual and expects of the people was analyzed by using t-test statistic. The comparison of different expects of the people in Independent Variables, i.e. sex and residence, was analyzed by using t-test statistic, while that of age, status, education level, revenue, occupation and temple's activities participation were analyzed by using F-test statistic. The data of structure interview were analyzed by content analysis and were presented by using the table and narration. The result of the study was found that, the temple's actual in status of temple in education with people's opinion : In the part of religion was a moderate level, academic and profession was a little level. The people's expect to status of temple in education was a high level of all of parts. Comparing actual and expect it was found that it was statistically significant difference at 0.05 in all parts and to compare people's expect according to Independent Variables, it was found that people of different sex, residence, status and temple's activities participation had no statistically different expect concerning in all parts and people of different age, revenue and occupation had statistically significant different expect in part of profession and people of different education level had statistically significant different expect in part of academic
