การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมการวิจัยชั้นเรียน เรื่อง การพัฒนาและการทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to;

(1) examine the efficiency of the Training Packages in Classroom Research on Innovative Development and Implementation for Instructional Improvement.,

(2) compare the teachers' learning achievement scores of the pretest and posttest, and

(3) survey the teachers' opinions towards the Training Packages. The samples consisted of (1) 10 professors who participated in the focus group discussion, selected by snowball sampling (2) 26 voluntary teachers who work in Nakhon Pathom Province during the second semester in the 2002 academic year, selected by purposive sampling. The duration for testing was six hours. The research design was one group pretest - posttest design. The instruments were the focus group discussion, the Training Packages in the Classroom Research, the achievement test and the questionnaire for the teachers' opinions towards the Packages. The data were analyzed by means, standard deviation, t - test dependent and content analysis.

The results of this research revealed as follows :

1. The efficiency of 2 lessons of the Training Packages in Classroom Research on Innovative Development and Implementation for Instructional Improvement were 89.75/81.53 and 88.46/81.15 respectively, which were both higher than the selected efficient standard criterion 80/80.

2. The teachers' learning achievement scores of the posttest were higher than the pretest significantly different at .05 level.

3. The teachers' opinions towards the Training Packages in Classroom Research on Innovative Development and Implementation for Instructional Improvement were highly positive revealed by the 4.85 of means and the 0.36 of standard deviation.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ

(1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมการวิจัยชั้นเรียน เรื่อง การพัฒนาและทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน

(2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของครูก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม

(3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนทนาจำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบบอกต่อ (Snowball Sampling) (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่ง เป็นครูในจังหวัดนครปฐมที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2545 ซึ่งสนใจสมัครเข้ารับการอบรม โดยผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 26 คน ระยะเวลาในการทดลองใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม 6 ชั่วโมง แบบแผนการทดลองคือ กลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มเดียว - วัดผลก่อนและ หลังทดลอง (One group pretest - posttest design) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย การจัดกลุ่มสนทนา ชุดฝึกอบรมการวิจัยชั้นเรียน เรื่อง การ พัฒนาและการทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) สถิติเพื่อ การทดสอบ T ( t - test for dependent ) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมการวิจัยชั้นเรียน เรื่อง การพัฒนาและการ ทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน หน่วยที่ 1 มีประสิทธิภาพ 89.75/81.53 และหน่วยที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพ 88.46/81.15 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ทั้งสองหน่วย

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของครูหลังศึกษาด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อน ศึกษาด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ครูที่เข้าอบรมมีความคิดเห็นในระดับที่ดีมากต่อชุดฝึกอบรมการวิจัยชั้น เรียน เรื่อง การพัฒนาและการทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย( ) เท่ากับ 4.85 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน( S.D.) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.36
