การสำรวจตนเองด้วยการใช้สติกำกับจิตใจ ให้อยู่ในสภาวะอารมณ์แห่ง สมาธิ อันเป็น วิถีจิต วิถีลม หรือเป็นวิถีแห่งการเข้าถึงพุทธธรรม ด้วยศรัทธาภาวนา

Examining the self by using the mind to control all thoughts and keeping it in a constant state of meditation, focusing on the way of the spirit, the way if the breaths, or the way towards understanding Dhamma through prayer of faith.
