Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบภาชนะ สำหรับใส่ผลไม้โดยมีแนวความคิดจากใบตอง การบรรจุภัณฑ์จากใบตอง เนื่องจากลักษณะรูปทรงที่สวยงามมีเอกลักษณ์ การบรรจุภัณฑ์จากการห่อพับ มาออกแบบโดยผ่านกระบวนการเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา สำหรับผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ภาชนะใส่ผลไม้ ซึ่งมีรูปแบบในลักษณะห่อหุ้มผลไม้เหมือนห่อด้วยใบตอง เพื่อใช้ประดับตกแต่งเพื่อความสวยงามของที่พักอาศัยและบนโต๊ะอาหาร และสร้างบรรยากาศสดชื่น แนวทางในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ 1. เป็นการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ภาชนะสำหรับใส่ผลไม้ โดยนำรูปแบบจากใบตองการบรรจุภัณฑ์จากใบตองที่มีความสวยงาม โดยผ่านกระบวนการเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา สามารถนำมาใช้งานได้อย่างเหมาะสม และนำไปออกแบบพัฒนาอุตสหกรรมเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา เกิดเป็นทางเลือกใหม่ และเป็นการเพิ่มรูปแบบให้กับผู้บริโภค 2. เนื้อดินในการออกแบบใช้เนื้อดินปั้นริมแม่น้ำมูล อ.เมือง จ.อุบลราชธานี เป็นการขึ้นรูปโดยนำผลการทดลองได้จากการหาอัตราส่วนที่มีคุณสมบัติ การหดตัวร้อยละ 14 การดูดซึมน้ำน้อย เป็นเนื้อดินชนิดสโตนแวร์ เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส มีสีหลังการเผาสีน้ำตาลแดงซึ่งส่วนผสมที่ดีที่สุดประกอบด้วยดินเหนียวริมแม่น้ำมูล ร้อยละ 40 หินฟันม้าร้อยละ 20 ดินดำปราจีน ร้อยละ 30 และ ซิลิก้า ร้อยละ 10 3. น้ำเคลือบที่นำมาใช้เป็นเคลือบขี้เถ้า เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียสเป็นเคลือบที่เกิดจากการเพิ่มเซอร์โคเนียมซิลิเกตร้อยละ 7 โดยน้ำเคลือบที่ใช้มีอัตราของความเข้มข้นของเคลือบที่ต่างกัน ทำให้เกิดจังหวะของน้ำหนักในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์

The purposes of this research were to design the fruits packaging that base on the concept of Baitong. This design became to the packaging that made from Baitong. Though the individual of shape and pattern of Baitong modified to the design of baked clay coated ware. The baked clay coated ware also had a beautiful model that can be package fruits and it seems look like package with Baitong. Additional, this packaging ware also useful for interior house decorates. The results of production design 1. In order of designing of fruits packaging by the usage of Baitong’s pattern, passed the baked clay coated process, it could be successful. This package was appropriated to use and could be development in the line of commercial products. 2. Clay in this research was red clay from waterside of the moon river. Muang District, Ubonratchathani Province. The model formed by using results of the calculated the property ratio. The results of the calculate such as huddle property ratio was 14 percents, less water absorption, stoneware clay grains, These ingredients were fired at temperature 1,250 celsius in reduction firing, and color after firing was red – brown. The best materials mixing was include of 40 percents waterside of the moon river red clay, 20 percents of postass feldspar, 20 percents of Prajeanbury ball clay, and 10 percents of quartz. 3. The glaze was composed of ash. The ware was burned at 1,250 Celsius, by increased, 7 percents of Zirconium Silicate, and the concentrate ratio of the coat solution was different, so it make a weight system in product.
