Abstract

การออกแบบภาชนะบรรจุไม้น้ำสำหรับประดับภายในอาคาร มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องปั้นดินเผา เพื่อนำเสนอความประทับใจส่วนตัวที่มีต่อรูปทรงของเรือที่เป็นพาหนะในการสัญจรทางน้ำ โดยนำรูปทรงโครงสร้าง ส่วนประกอบของเรือขณะที่เคลื่อนไหวล่องรอยอยู่ในสายน้ำมาสร้างสรรค์ให้เกิดรูปทรงที่ลอยตัว สำหรับตั้งพื้นและตั้งโต๊ะ รูปทรงนูนสูงสำหรับติดผนัง เพื่อใช้สำหรับประดับตกแต่งภายในอาคาร การออกแบบในครั้งนี้ ใช้วัตถุดิบในท้องถิ่นคือดินพื้นบ้าน ของจังหวัดชัยนาท ซึ่งเป็นดินที่ชาวบ้านใช้ทำอิฐก่อสร้างนำมาปรับปรุงพัฒนาโดยใช้ดินชัยนาทร้อยละ 50 ผสมกับดินแจ้วิชลำปาง ร้อยละ 30 ดินขาวระนอง ร้อยละ 10 และหินฟันม้า เนฟเฮลีน ไซยาไนท์ ร้อยละ 10 ขึ้นรูปโดยวิธีหล่อกลวง เผาดิบที่อุณหภูมิ 800 องศาเซลเซียส เผาเคลือบที่อุณหภูมิ 1,050 องศาเซลเซียส บรรยากาศสันดาปสมบูรณ์ การออกแบบในครั้งนี้ สามารถสร้างสรรค์และผลิตผลงานภาชนะบรรจุไม้น้ำสำหรับประดับภายในอาคาร จำนวน 4 ชุด ชุด ๆ ละ 3 รูปแบบ รวม 12 ชิ้น เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำไปพัฒนารูปแบบของภาชนะบรรจุไม้น้ำต่อไป

The decorative design for interior aims as a ceramic product design to represent a personal impression toward the form of the boats which were used as transportation. The structure of floating was brought to create a free-standing form for a table piece and also for the floor piece. The high relief works are for the decoration of the interior building. In this design selected raw materials are the local people clay in chain at province, the local people used for making construction brick. The best recipe was 50% Chain at clay, 30% Lampang Jae Vit clay, 10% Ranong Kaolin, and 10% Nepheline Syenite by drain casting technique. Biscuit firing at 800°C., glaze firing at 1,050°C. at oxidation atmosphere. This Water Plant Container design can be created and produce as interior decoration pieces of 4 set, 3 pieces in each set, total 12 for the complete product. It would be and idea for a water plant container development.
