Abstract

โครงการออกแบบครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบรูปทรงและทั้งผลิตแจกันเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาสำหรับการประดับตกแต่งบ้านให้สอดคล้องกับการตกแต่งบ้านสมัยใหม่ โดยใช้รูปทรงของพืชผักสวนครัว คือ หอมแดง , มะเขือเทศ, พริกใหญ่ , กระชาย และมะเขือม่วง มาเป็นแนวความคิดและเกิดแรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบรวมทั้งการนำเสนอแนวทางการออกแบบรูปทรงแจกันเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา ที่สามารถผลิตสร้างงานในระบบเชิงอุตสาหกรรมได้ โดยมีผลการออกแบบดังนี้ 1. รูปทรงแจกันที่ออกแบบเป็นแจกันชุดที่มีขนาดต่างกันจำนวน 5 ชุด คือ หอมแดง, มะเขือเทศ, พริกใหญ่, กระชาย และมะเขือม่วง แจกันที่ผลิตออกมามีความสอดคล้องเหมาะสมกับ การตกแต่งบ้านสมัยใหม่ และสามารถผลิตในระบบเชิงอุตสาหกรรมได้ 2. เนื้อดินที่นำมาใช้ในการผลิตแจกันเป็นเนื้อดินประเภทสโตนแวร์ (STONE WARE) อุณหภูมิที่ใช้เผามี 2 อุณหภูมิ คือ 1,220 องศาเซลเซียส และ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส 3. เคลือบที่นำมาใช้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ลักษณะพื้นผิว คือ เคลือบกึ่งด้านกึ่งมันและเคลือบมัน จากการแปรค่าอลูมิน่าและซิลิกา จำนวน 5 ชนิด ดังนี้ 3.1 เคลือบสีแดงสดเผาในอุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส ใช้บรรยากาศแบบรีดักชั่น 3.2 เคลือบสีม่วงแดงเผาในอุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส ใช้บรรยากาศแบบรีดักชั่น 3.3 เคลือบใสออกผลึกสนิมเหล็ก เผาในอุณหภูมิ 1,220 องศาเซลเซียสใช้บรรยากาศแบบออกซิเดชั่น 3.4 เคลือบกึ่งด้านกึ่งมันเผาในอุณหภูมิ 1,220 องศาเซลเซียสใช้บรรยากาศแบบออกซิเดชั่น 3.5 เคลือบใสออกผลึกจุดน้ำตาล เผาในอุณหภูมิ 1,220 องศาเซลเซียสใช้บรรยากาศแบบออกซิเดชั่น

The purposes of this project aim to design form and produce ceramic vases for ornamenting houses relevant to a modern trend of home decoration using forms gotten from vegetables like onions, tomatoes, sweet bell pepper, galingale and eggplant as ideas and inspiration. It also includes introducing a guideline of ceramic vase design in a mass production for handicraft industry. The results of the design were as follows: 1.The designed vases consist of 5 different sets of sign and forms, each set consists of 7 forms namely onions, tomatoes, sweet bell pepper, galingale and egg plants; The produced vases were relevant and suitable for ornamenting modern houses and possible fora mass production -handicraft industry. 2. Stoneware body was chosen for the production and the temperature restricted at 1,220 and 1,250 degree Celsius. 3. Semi mat glaze and clear glaze were used in the procedure from 5 experimental of Alumina and silica as follows: 3.1 Glaze with scarlet in reduction atmosphere of 1,250 degree Celsius. 3.2 Glaze with red purple in reduction atmosphere of 1,250 degree Celsius 3.3 Clear glaze with iron rust russet in oxidation atmosphere of 1,220 degree Celsius 3.4 Semi mat glaze and clear glaze were used in oxidation atmosphere of 1,220 degree Celsius 3.5 glaze with clear glaze and crystal with brown point in oxidation atmosphere of 1,220 degree Celsius
