Abstract

ผลแห่งความเจริญในปัจจุบัน เช่นที่อยู่อาศัย ตึกรามบ้านช่องที่เกิดขึ้นเนืองแน่นจนเปรียบเสมือนป่าคอนกรีต ยวดยานที่ติดแออัด ควันดำจากท่อไอเสีย จากปล่องโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และน้ำเสียที่ถูกปล่อยทิ้งตามคูคลอง แม่น้ำ อีกทั้งขยะมูลฝอยที่ส่งกลิ่นเน่าเหม็น ทำให้น้ำที่เคยใช้ และบริโภค บรรยากาศที่ใช้หายใจเกิดเป็นพิษ เป็นอัตรายต่อสุขภาพจิต และร่างกาย สิ่งต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ เป็นสาเหตุที่ก่อให้อารมณ์ความรู้สึกและจิตใจ เกิดปฏิปักษ์เหมือนถูกกดดันบีบคั้นจากสภาวะแวดล้อม เมื่อเป็นเช่นนี้ทำให้หวนกลับไปนึกถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เป็นธรรมชาติจริง เช่น ดอกไม้ ทุ่งหญ้า ลำธาร ร่มเงาจากต้นไม้ ลมเย็นพัดโชย อากาศบริสุทธิ์ ฯลฯ ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อผลทางความรู้สึกที่ร่มรื่นชื่นใจ และทำให้เกิดความรัก และประทับใจในความงามและคุณค่าจากธรรมชาติอย่างลึกซึ้งยากที่จะลืมเลือน นอกจากนี้ธรรมชาติยังมีพลังแห่งความสงบในตัวเองที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องทำให้จิตใจคล้อยตามไปในทางสงบด้วย ดังนั้น ถึงแม้ว่าเป็นความจำเป็นที่ข้าพเจ้าจะต้องยอมรับสภาพความเป็นอยู่ในชีวิตประจำวันก็ตาม แต่ความรู้สึกภายในของข้าพเจ้านั้น เกิดความกระตือรือร้น และเกิดความหวังที่จะหลีกหนีไปให้พ้นจากสิ่งแวดล้อมปัจจุบันที่ปรากฏอยู่ งานศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ที่สร้างสรรค์วิจัยในครั้งนี้ จึงต้องการสะท้อนความคิด เนื้อหา รูปแบบศิลปะ และเทคนิคภาพพิมพ์ให้ได้ผลทางความรู้สึกดังที่ได้กล่าวมา.

The aftermath of the rapid progress at present-- the continual growth of buildings, heavy traffic, poisonous fumes from the exhaust pipe of cars and factories, polluted water released to canals and rivers, the odor of refuse--results in polluted water and air. These factors endanger people mentally and physically. People who are depressed by the present state ecology of ten think of a place in Nature full of flowers, fields, clear and clean rivers and canals, shade from the branches of trees, fresh air etc. Such a place has some influence on people’s feelings, makes them love and be impressed with the value and the beauty of Nature so deeply that they cannot easily forget. Besides, Nature has serene power in herself which can calm them down from the rapid change of environment. However, though it is necessary to accept the environment of everyday life; I strongly believe that the inner feelings and hope of my own to escape from it. This creative research in graphic arts will reflect ideas, subject matter, art form and technics of intaglio print to betray the abovesaid feelings.
