จังหวะของรอยภู่กัน

Abstract

ภายใต้กฎเกณฑ์แห่งการเคลื่อนไหวในธรรมชาติ จงหวะปรากฏให้เห็นอยู่ในทุก ๆ สรรพสิ่ง ในทรวดทรง โครงสร้าง ของสิ่งที่มีชีวิต และไร้ชีวิต หรือในลีลาของการเคลื่อนไหวจากจุดจุดหนึ่งไปยังอีกจุดหนึ่ง อันเป็นสิ่งที่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง เวลาและความว่างเปล่า (Time & Space) เช่น จังหวะการบินของนก การเดิน วิ่งของคน สัตว์, จังหวะของคลื่น การเคลื่อนไหวของกระแสน้ำ ตลอดจนจังหวะต่าง ๆ ซึ่งถูกกำหนดขึ้น เช่น ในเสียงดนตรี หรือท่วงท่าร่ายรำในนาฏกรรม พลังแห่งการมีชีวิต และสัจจธรรมของการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซ่อนเร้นอยู่ภายใต้ ลีลา ของจังหวะต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ ข้าพเจ้าต้องการค้นหาจังหวะ ในการสร้างความประสานรวมตัวระหว่างเส้น สี ฝีแปรง และอารมณ์ความรู้สึกของข้าพเจ้า ให้ก่อรูปขึ้นในลักษณะ ของรูปทรงใหม่ ที่แสดงให้เห็นจังหวะในความคิดจินตนาการและบุคคลิกภาพเฉพาะของข้าพเจ้าในงานจิตรกรรม

Under the laws of nature, rhythm is evident in the forms and structure of all things both living and lifeless. Movement from one point to another produces a rhythmic relationship between time and space, for example, the rhythm of a flying bird, a walking or running man, the rhythm of waves or water in motion. Others such as musical and dance rhythms are symthetic, The essence of life and the truth of impermanece are hidden under these rhythmic forces. I am searching for the rhythm which unifies line, colour, brushwork and my own feelings in the process of creating new forms in my paintings which, in turn, demonstrate my personal thoughts, imagination and characteristics.
