ตึกแถวกับการออกแบบชุมชน ปีการศึกษา 2524

Abstract

อาคารประเภท “ตึกแถว” นอกจากจะมีการลงทุนปลูกสร้างกันอยู่ทุกหนทุกแห่งในชุมชนเมืองแล้ว ยังได้พบว่ามีการลงทุนปลูกตึกแถวพรัอมกันทีละจำนวนมาก ๆ ในรูปของศูนย์การค้าขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของการประกอบธุรกิจการค้าที่สำคัญของเมือง ซึ่งการดำเนินการดังกล่าวเป็นการพัฒนาเมืองที่ไม่ถูกวิธี ทั้งนี้เพราะอาคารประเภท “ตึกแถว” ที่ได้ปลูกสร้างกันอยู่โดยทั่วไปเป็นอาคารที่มีประสิทธิภาพอันจำกัดไม่สามารถเป็นจักรกลที่ดีในการอำนวยประโยชน์ให้กับเมืองได้ รูปการณ์ดังกล่าวนี้นำไปสู่การศึกษาเพื่อสรรหาอาคารในรูปแบบอย่างอื่นเข้ามาเพื่อทำหน้าที่มีบทบาทของการเป็นศูนย์กลางของธุรกิจการค้าของเมือง ในการทำการศึกษาเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายดังที่ได้กล่าวมาแล้วนี้ได้มีการดำเนินการโดย - ศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมา คุณประโยชน์และโทษของอาคารประเภท “ตึกแถว” ที่ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นและมีผลต่อเมือง - ศึกษาถึงสภาวะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วอันมีผลถึงรูปแบบทางกายภาพของตึกแถว - แสดงให้เห็นถึงรูปแบบของอาคารในลักษณะใหม่ที่เสนอแนะว่ามีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าและเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาชุมชน - เปรียบเทียบให้เห็นกันอย่างจริงจังในลักษณะของ “Physical Design” ถึงความแตกต่างของกรณ๊ที่ปรากฎมีอยู่แล้ว (Case Study) ในชุมชนเมือง - และท้ายที่สุดรวบรวมผลและบทสรุปที่ได้จากการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบมาสรุปเป็นข้อพิจารณา และข้อเสนอแนะตลอดจนเงื่อนไข แม้กระทั่งข้อจำกัดในการนำเอาอาคารในรูปแบบอย่างใหม่ไปใช้ในการออกแบบชุมชน

Besides a kind of building that classified as “Shop – House” which founded everywhere in urban area, there is also a lot of shop - house emerging at the same time which generate as large shopping centers. And these large shopping centers role as important business centers of the city which is not the right solution in urban development. Because “Shop – House” that is conventionally built is the limited functional building and is not able to be the effective device in serving urban purposes. This causes the studies in order to find out a new form of building that can serve more functions and Ut mostly role as city business cantor. As to get the goal the studies must covers these five parts. - The introduction that includes rudiment Aries, advantages and disadvantages. - The rapid changes of social and economic situations that effect physical form of “Shop – House”. - The comparisons and proofs of new building that is more effective and suitable in urban development. - Also, a comparison example as case study in physical design which this project has been existed. - And the using of results and conclusions to be as guides, considerations and even conditions as well as the limitations to carry out a new form of building which can fulfill urban development.
