โคมไฟสำหรับประดับตกแต่งภายในที่พักอาศัย : ความบันดาลใจจากกุหลาบ

Abstract

ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและผลิตโคมไฟเซรามิกส์สำหรับประดับตกแต่งภายในที่พักอาศัยแบบร่วมสมัยโดยมีแรงบันดาลใจจากกุหลาบ กุหลาบเป็นราชินีแห่งดอกไม้ทั้งมวลมีกลีบที่ดูบอบบาง อ่อนโยน ใบทรงรีปลายแหลมมีขอบหยักทั่วทั้งใบ ลำต้นมีหนามที่แหลมคม เป็นไม้ยืนต้นและไม้เลื้อย มีลักษณะดอกจะเป็นดอกเดี่ยวและดอกช่อ ทั้งดอกชั้นเดียวและดอกหลายชั้นมีความหลากหลายทางด้านพันธุกรรมและสีสันที่สดใสเพื่อให้เข้ากับบ้านร่วมสมัย จึงออกแบบรูปทรงให้เรียบง่าย ใช้เนื้อดินพอร์ซเลนในการขึ้นรูปเพื่อให้แสงไฟสามารถส่องผ่านเนื้อดิน ในเวลากลางคืนที่เปิดไฟและในเวลากลางวันนั้นสามารถใช้ประดับตกแต่งห้องพัก เพื่อเพิ่มความงามด้วยสีสันที่สดใส มันวาว จากเคลือบสีที่ใช้ตกแต่งพื้นผิวของผลิตภัณฑ์ จะสะท้อนแสงเป็นประกายเมื่อกระทบกับแสงธรรมชาติ ดังนั้นจึงมีความงามทั้งยามที่ใช้แสงไฟและไม่ใช้แสงไฟ การออกแบบและผลิตโคมไฟเซรามิก มีจำนวน 3 ประเภท คือ โคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะ 3 รูปแบบ โคมไฟติดผนัง 4 รูปแบบ โคมไฟแขวนเพดาน 3 รูปแบบ ขึ้นรูปโดยการหล่อน้ำดินใช้เนื้อดินพอร์ซเลนตกแต่งสีต่างๆ ด้วยเทคนิคคลอยซอนเน่ โดยการบีบดินสีให้เป็นเส้นนูนแล้วระบายเคลือบใส ผสมสีออกไซด์และสีสำเร็จรูปลงในช่องลวดลาย เผาเคลือบในอุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส ในบรรยากาศสันดาปสมบูรณ์ ผลของการวิจัยพบว่าสมารถทำได้ตามกระบวนการผลิตอุตสาหกรรมเซรามิกส์ สร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้รูปทรงและสีสันที่งดงาม สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงส่งเสริมให้ที่พักอาศัยมีความสมบูรณ์งดงามอย่างยิ่ง

The purpose of this research was to design and manufacture of ceramic lamps for the interior decoration in a residential area with a contemporary and inspired by roses. The rose is the queen of flowers with delicate petals that gently, the oval leaves with jagged edges around. The stem with sharp spines is a standing timber and a creeper, characteristic of bloom is a single bloom and inflorescence. Both of single class and multi classes have variegation of heredity and colorful for the contemporary house that design is simple. The porcelain in forming the light can shine through the soil. Turn on the lights at night and decorate during the day that can make aesthetic room with colorful, shiny coat of paint that used to decorate the surface of the products will be shining when hit the nature light. Thus, it is pretty well when lighting off. Design and manufacture of the ceramic lamps have 3 types are desk lamp 3 types, wall lamps 4 type, hanging lamps 3 types that built by slip casting to used decorative color porcelain by Cloisonne’ technique float. By squeezing slip color lines is convex then painted glaze is clear with oxide coated and stain color into patterns, gloze firing at 1250 c in an oxidizing atmosphere. The research result found that it can be done by the process of industrial ceramic products have beautiful shapes and colorful can be used for more beautiful place integrity.
