โครงการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของที่ระลึก : แรงบันดาลใจจากฮูปแต้ม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบเป็นที่ระลึกสำหรับตกแต่ง แรงบันดาลใจจาก ฮูปแต้มให้มีรูปแบบร่วมสมัย และออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้มีความสวยงามสอดคล้องกับที่มาและ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ฮูปแต้มฝาผนังสิมมีความสวยงามแบบพื้นบ้าน สีที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสีโทนเย็น ที่ใช้ได้จาก วัสดุธรรมชาติ มีการแสดงออกแบบสนุกสนานใสซื่อ ตามจินตนาการของช่างแต้มขณะเขียนภาพ เป็นงานจิตรกรรมที่บริสุทธิ์ ผู้วิจัยจึงนำมาถ่ายทอด ตีความจากความรู้สึกที่มีกับฮูปแต้มรูปสัตว์ โดย การคลี่คลายรูปแบบของสัตว์ให้มีความเรียบง่าย นำเอาอิริยาบถต่างๆมาพัฒนาสร้างเป็นรูปทรงใหม่ แสดงออกถึงความนุ่มนวล ความน่ารัก โดดเด่นในเอกลักษณ์ของสัตว์แต่ละชนิด รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็นงานร่วมสมัยมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว สีที่ใช้ในงานออกแบบ คือสีที่ปรากฏบนฮูปแต้มที่วาดโดยช่าง พื้นบ้านแท้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สามารถออกแบบของที่ระลึกที่มีแรงบันดาลใจจากฮูปแต้ม มีรูปแบบ สวยงามร่วมสมัย ทำการออกแบบชุดตุ๊กตาจำนวน 3 ชุด ได้แก่ ม้า ควาย และกวาง ซึ่งแต่ละชุดมี รายละเอียดดังนี้ ชุดที่ 1 ตุ๊กตารูปแบบม้า ขนาดประมาณ 10-20 cm จำนวน 5 รูปแบบ ชุดที่ 2 ตุ๊กตารูปแบบกวาง ขนาดประมาณ 10-15 cm จำนวน 5 รูปแบบ ชุดที่ 3 ตุ๊กตารูปแบบควาย ขนาดประมาณ 10-18 cm จำนวน 7 รูปแบบ ใช้เทคนิคการตกแต่งงานเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา ได้แก่ เทคนิคการเผาแบบรมควัน เทคนิคทาน้ำดินสีที่มี ความใกล้เคียงกับสีที่ปรากฏบนฮูปแต้ม และใช้เนื้อดินเทอราคอตตา ออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้มีความ สวยงามสอดคล้องกับที่มาและเหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์ กระบวนการผลิตใช้วิธีการหล่อน้ำดินสโตน แวร์ และสูตรดินที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาใหม่ที่มีความใกล้เคียงกับสีพื้นผนังสิมแสดงความเป็นพื้นบ้านเผาที่ อุณหภูมิ 1,200 °C เนื้อดินมีการหดตัว 15 % มีการเคลือบผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยเคลือบใสเฉพาะจุดที่ต้องการ เน้น ลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละชิ้นจะให้ความรู้สึกเป็นหัตถศิลป์ เนื่องด้วยมีรายละเอียดที่แตกต่าง กันและสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้

This research aims to design souvenirs for decoration. Inspired by Hoop – tam which created in a contemporary style. And packaging design for a comfortable fit to the inspiration. Hoop – tam sim mural’s product has the beautiful in folk art style. Using colors from the natural materials which expression of innocence and joyful as the imagination of painter while he was painting. Therefore I transmitted and interpretation of the feeling that I had with Hoop – tam's animal image by transform those animal to simply form. I created new form by using the manner of animals for presented to tenderly, loveliness, characteristic in each kind. Style of product is the contemporary which is unique. The colors used in design was real shade colors in Hoop – tam that paint by the local painter. The result of research founded I can created the beautiful and contemporary souvenirs which is inspiring from Hoop – tam. There are 3 set of dolls for the design included horse, buffalo and deer. Which each are as follows: 1. Set 1 ; Horse Ceramic Doll size 10-20 cm. in 5 forms. 2. Set 2 ; Deer Ceramic Doll size 10-15 cm. in 5 forms. 3. Set 3 ; Buffalo Ceramic Doll size 10-18 cm. in 7 forms. By using the ceramic decorating techniques included smoking firing, engobe painting in nearly shade of colors with Hoop – tam and terra-cotta clay. A packaging design fit to the inspiration and the product. For processing, I used casting stoneware slip and new recipe of clay that develop to the nearly shade of sim mural’s color for represented native feeling. Fired at 1,200 Celsius temperatures lost 15 % of the clay body. Transparent glaze was at only some parts of product for emphasize. The character of each piece is the feeling of handicraft. Forasmuch the details is different and according to the purpose.
