The objectives of this research were to 1) develop and determine the quality of A Thai Language Learning Management Model based on Creativity-Based Learning and Technology-Based Learning to Enhance the Creative Speaking Ability of High School Students, and 2) to study the effectiveness of A Thai Language Learning Management Model based on Creativity-Based Learning and Technology-Based Learning The specific objectives were: 2.1) to compare students creative speaking abilities after using the developed model with the predetermined criterion, and 2.2) to investigate students’ satisfaction with A Thai Language Learning Management Model. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology The sample consisted of 36 upper secondary school students selected through cluster random sampling using a classroom as the sampling unit. The research procedures were divided into two phases (1) the development and quality validation of A Thai Language Learning Management Model and evaluation tools, and (2) the evaluation of the effectiveness of A Thai Language Learning Management Model (R2 and D2). The research instruments included document analysis forms, expert interviews, focus group discussion guides for teachers and educational supervisors, student questionnaires, learning management models, learning management model use manuals, learning management plans, creative speaking performance assessments, and student satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using content analysis, mean (M), standard deviation (SD), and dependent t-test.
The research findings revealed that:
1) The developed A Thai Language Learning Management Model based on Creativity-Based Learning and Technology-Based Learning, called the SPEAK Model, consisted of 5 elements 1) principles 2) objectives 3) instructional process 4) assessment and evaluation, and 5) supporting conditions. The instructional process includes five steps 1) Spark Imagination with digital tools 2) Plan goals and exploration 3) Engage in creative digital storytelling 4) Articulate and share 5) Keep reflecting and assessing digitally the model was evaluated to be of high quality (M = 4.77, SD = 0.42).
2) The results of the study on the effectiveness of A Thai Language Learning Management Model showed that 2.1) students' creative speaking abilities were significantly higher than the criterion at the .05 level of significance and 2.2) student satisfaction with the Instructional Model was at a high level

2. ผลการศึกษาเพื่อดูของรูปแบบการจัดการการเรียนรู้ EngLish การเรียนรู้แบบนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้เป็นฐานร่วมกับการเรียนรู้โครงสร้างเทคโนโลยีเป็นฐานพบว่า 2.1) องค์ประกอบที่พูดถึงการสร้างสรรค์ของนักเรียนองค์ประกอบที่มีความเข้มข้นทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 2.2) ผลการวิจัยของนักเรียนที่สนับสนุนการเรียนเป็นฐานรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยค้นคว้าการเรียนรู้แบบสร้างสรรค์เป็นฐานร่วมกับการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีเป็นฐานมีระดับระดับมาก
