Abstract

โครงงานศิลปนิพนธ์เรื่อง “ รูปใหม่ของเศษส่วน” มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอผลงาน ประติมากรรม ซึ่งเกิดจากการตั้งคำถามต่อขีดจำกัดของวัสดุเหลือใช้ โดยเฉพาะเศษไม้ที่มาจาก กระบวนการผลิตในภาคอุตสาหกรรม และตั้งคำถามถึงศักยภาพในการสร้าง “รูปทรงใหม่” ที่หลุดพ้น จากหน้าที่เดิมของวัสดุเหล่านี้ ผ่านการใช้ระบบการคิดอย่างมีตรรกะ การเรียงสับเปลี่ยน การกำหนด ขอบเขต และการแยกประกอบ เพื่อทดลองหาความเป็นไปได้ของการสร้างสรรค์ในเชิงกายภาพ ผลงานศิลปนิพนธ์ชุดนี้จึงมิใช่เพียงการแปรเศษไม้เป็นรูปทรงนามธรรม หากแต่เป็นการ ค้นหาและเสนอวิธีคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ไปจนถึงกระบวนการวางแผนค้นหาวิธีการในการจัดการวัสดุ เหลือใช้ใหม่ไปสู่ผลงานศิลปะ อีกทั้งทดลองรูปทรงและการทบทวนคุณค่าของสิ่งที่ถูกทิ้งร้าง ผ่าน มุมมองเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่ตั้งอยู่บนเหตุผลตรรกะและจินตนาการร่วมกัน ด้วยเจตนาที่จะทำให้รูปทรงที่ ถูกลืม ได้รับพื้นที่ในการดำรงอยู่และสื่อสารอีกครั้งในฐานะประติมากรรมร่วมสมัย

The thesis project “New Forms of Fractions” aims to present sculptures that question the limits of waste materials, especially wood scraps from the furniture production process, and question the potential to create “new forms” that escape the original functions of these materials, and use logical thinking, permutation, boundary setting, and separation to experiment with the possibilities of physical creation. Therefore, this thesis is not just about transforming wood scraps into abstract shapes, but rather about searching for and proposing creative ways of thinking, and even the process of planning and finding ways to manage waste materials into new artworks, as well as experimenting with shapes and reviewing the value of abandoned things through a creative perspective based on logic and shared imagination, with the intention of giving forgotten shapes a place to exist and communicate again as contemporary sculptures
