รายงานการวิจัยฉบับสมบูรณ์ การพัฒนาสื่อเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อช่วยยกระดับความสามารถด้านความจำ สำหรับผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินในการต่อยอดสู่กระบวนการออกแบบหัตถกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อช่วยยกระดับความสามารถด้านความจำสำหรับผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินในการต่อยอดสู่กระบวนการออกแบบหัตถกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ 2)เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่เสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทักษะในการสร้างสรรค์สำหรับผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล 3) เพื่อส่งเสริมต่อยอดความสามารถจากการเรียนรู้ของผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินในการประกอบอาชีพและได้รับจ้างงานในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม ใช้ทฤษฎีความจำสองกระบวนการ ทฤษฎีการสลายตัว และแนวคิดเชิงออกแบบ เป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัยคือ คณะมัณฑนศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และวิทยาลัยราชสุดา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินจำนวน10 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้สื่อสมุดบันทึกเชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้วยกระบวนการบันทึกแบบ “บูโจ” ประกอบกับการใช้แผนภาพ ภาพร่าง และการจดคำจากการแปลของล่ามภาษามือไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จัดรูปเล่มตามรสนิยมของผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินซึ่งทำการบันทึกด้วยตนเองนั้นสามารถกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ ศึกษาทบทวน และยกระดับความสามารถด้านความจำในระดับที่ดีขึ้น มีสัดส่วนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี โดยผู้เรียนด้านศิลปะและการออกแบบที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ต่อยอดในการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์หัตถกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ได้ต่อไป

The objective of this research is threefold: 1) To develop creative media aimed at enhancing the memory ability of individuals with hearing impairments to facilitate their participation in the commercial handicraft design process. 2) To create knowledge that enhances creative skills for individuals with hearing impairments, making them more efficient and effective. 3) To promote the ability acquired through learning among individuals with hearing impairments, enabling them to pursue careers and employment opportunities in the creative industry. The research methodology employed is participatory action research conducted through field data collection. It is based on two memory theories: the two-process theory of memory and decay theory, along with design thinking as the research framework. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University, and the Rachasuda College, Mahidol University. The sample group consisted of 10 individuals with hearing impairments. The research findings indicate that the use of creative note-taking media with a 'Bujo' recording method, along with the use of visual aids, sketches, and written translations by Thai sign language interpreters related to specific focused topics, can be adapted to suit the preferences of individuals with hearing impairments. These self-recorded materials stimulate learning, review, and enhance memory abilities to a higher level. The results fall within a favorable range, allowing art and design students with hearing impairments to apply them in future commercial handicraft design endeavors.
