THE HAPPY WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

Abstract

The research aimed: 1) to identify the components to the happy workplace management in primary school. 2) to identify the verification of the happy workplace management in primary school. The sample of this research were 100 primary schools under the Office of the Basic Education, Commission, Ministry of Education. The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane table at a 90% confidence level and using the stratified random sampling. The 3 respondents from each school consisted of a school director, a teacher and a basic education school board; with the total respondents of 300. The research instruments were 1) semi-structural interview, 2) opinionaire, and 3) the verification from. The statistic questionnaire used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and content analysis.

The research findings revealed that:

1. The 4 components of the happy workplace management in primary school were 1) Organization management which consists of 1.1) Result - based management 1.2) Good governance 2) Create self-esteem 3) Develop physical environment and 4) Improve student quality

2. The verification of the happy workplace management in primary school was found with accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทราบองค์ประกอบการบริหารองค์กรแห่งความสุข ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 2) เพื่อทราบผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารองค์กรแห่งความสุข ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 90% ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 100 โรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งประเภท (Stratified random sampling) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 3 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนหรือผู้รักษาการในตำแหน่ง 1 คน ครู 1 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (ที่ไม่ใช่ผู้แทนครู) 1 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูล 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง 2) แบบสอบถาม แสดงความคิดเห็น 3) แบบสอบถามเพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารองค์กรแห่งความสุข ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การบริหารจัดการองค์กร ซึ่งประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบย่อย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1.1) บริหารแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 1.2) บริหารโดยยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาล 2) สร้างการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง 3) พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และ 4) พัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียน

2. ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารองค์กรแห่งความสุขในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา พบว่า มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้และเป็นประโยชน์
