การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้ด้วยออนโทโลยี กรณีศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้ด้วยออนโทโลยี กรณีศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้ด้วยออนโทโลยี กรณีศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ซึ่งผู้วิจัยออกแบบการดำเนินการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1. การพัฒนาระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรด้วยออนโทโลยี โดยใช้ภาษา PHP และฐานข้อมูล MySQL โปรแกรม Protégé และภาษา OWL (Web Ontology Language) 2. การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ซึ่งประเมินประสิทธิภาพจากความสามารถในการค้นว่าตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้หรือไม่ ซึ่งขอบเขตของผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการค้นหาของผู้ใช้งานทั้ง 4 กลุ่มจะไม่เหมือนกัน โดยการวัดค่าความแม่นยำ (Precision) และค่าความระลึก (Recall) และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ โดยผู้วิจัยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 80 คน จากกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน 4 กลุ่ม ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพระบบการจัดการฐานความรู้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรด้วยออนโทโลยีที่พัฒนาขึ้น จากการวัดค่าความแม่นยำ (Precision) และค่าความระลึก (Recall) มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 81.83 และร้อยละ 95.00 ตามลำดับ โดยผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) เท่ากับ 4.28 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) เท่ากับ 0.42

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the knowledge based management system of the Graduate School, Silpakorn University using ontology 2) to evaluate the effectiveness and were’s satisfaction of the knowledge based management system using ontology: a case study of the Graduate School, Silpakorn University. The research design consisted of 2 parts including: 1. The development of the knowledge based management system using PHP language, MySQL database, Protégé tool and OWL language (Web Ontology Language) 2. The evaluation of the effectiveness and satisfaction of the knowledge based management system. The precision and recall were used to measure the effectiveness of the system. Mean and standard deviation were used to analysed user’s satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 80 people from 4 user groups using purposive sampling technique. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the knowledge based management system using ontology: a case study of the Graduate School, Silpakorn University using precision and recall, the result were 81.83% and 95.00% respectively. User’s satisfaction of the system is in a good level. The mean score equaled to 4.28 with standard deviation at 0.42.
