การพัฒนาแบบแผนคำอธิบายเอกสารจดหมายเหตุสำหรับหนังสือบุดในจังหวัดพัทลุง

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาแบบแผนคำอธิบายเอกสารจดหมายเหตุสำหรับหนังสือบุด ในจังหวัดพัทลุงมีจุดมุ่งหมายคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการหนังสือบุดในจังหวัดพัทลุง 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะทางสารสนเทศของหนังสือบุดในจังหวัดพัทลุง 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแบบแผน ค าอธิบายเอกสารจดหมายเหตุสำหรับหนังสือบุดในจังหวัดพัทลุง ประชาการที่ใช้เป็นตัวอย่างในการ วิจัย ที่จัดเก็บไว้ในแหล่งสารสนเทศมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของจังหวัดพัทลุง 2 แห่ง คือ 1.ศูนย์ วัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพัทลุง โรงเรียนสตรีพัทลุงและ 2.พิพิธภัณฑ์ของชาติวัดเขียนบางแก้ว จำนวน 194 รายการ โดยใช้แบบวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะทางสารสนเทศ ผลการวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะทางสารสนเทศ ของหนังสือบุดทำให้สามารถกำหนดองค์ประกอบของหนังสือบุดแบ่งออกเป็นด้านเนื้อหา 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1.กลุ่มเนื้อหา 2.โครงสร้างเนื้อหา 3.ชื่อหนังสือบุด 4.ยุคสมัย 5.ผู้สร้างด้านกายภาพ 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1.วัสดุบันทึก 2.ขนาด 3.ภาษา 4.รูปอักษร 5.ภาพวาด 6.สภาพความสมบูรณ์ 7.จำนวนหน้า และด้านบริบท 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1.เลขทะเบียน 2. เลขรหัส 3.แหล่งที่มา 4 .ผู้บริจาค 5.สถานที่เก็บ 6.วันที่ลงทะเบียน The research of the Development of Archives Description Scheme for Bood Manuscripts in Phatthalung Province.
