โครงการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของแต่งบ้านจากยางพารา

Abstract

1. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของยางพารา และทดลองเทคนิค การสร้าง พื้นผิว รูปทรง ของยางพาราในรูปแบบต่างๆ จากนั้นนำวัสดุที่ได้จากการทดลองมาออกแบบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของแต่งบ้านและนำผลงานการออกแบบทั้งสองแนวคิดไปประเมินความพึงพอใจกับ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยผู้วิจัยได้ตั้งสมมุติฐานในการออกแบบว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความชอบผลิตภัณฑ์ของ แต่งบ้านจาก แนวคิด A ความงามที่เกิดจากพืน้ ผิวแต่รูปทรงเรียบง่าย แตกต่างจากแนวคิดB ความงามที่ เกิดจากรูปทรงจากหน่วยย่อยที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ใช้งานได้ออกแบบเอง 2. จากการทดลองผสมวัสดุที่น่าสนใจกับนำ้ ยางพาราและทดสอบรูปทรงต่าง ๆ เพื่อหา พื้น ผิวและรูปทรงที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะเพื่่อนำมาออกแบบเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของแต่งบ้าน ผู้วิจัยได้นำวัสดุที่ ได้จากการทดลองในเบือ้ งต้นมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาผลิตภัณฑ์ของแต่งบ้านที่สามารถดึงเอาคุณสมบัติของ ยางพารามาใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสมมากที่สุด ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าวัสดุและรูปทรงที่ได้จากการทดลองมี ความเหมาะสมที่จะนำมาออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์โคมไฟสำหรับใช้ในที่พักอาศัย เพราะนำ้ ยางพาราเมื่อเซ็ต ตัว จะมีสีเหลืองนวล โปร่งแสง เมื่อแสงจากหลอดไฟกระทบกับพืน้ ผิวของยางพาราแสงที่ได้จะนวลสวย สบายตา ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ออกแบบโคมไฟจากยางพาราจากสองแนวคิดคือ แนวคิดความงามที่เกิดจากพืน้ ผิว และความงามที่เกิดจากรูปทรง แนวคิดละ 3 ชิน้ เพื่อนำไปสอบถามความเป็ นไปได้ตลอดถึงความ เหมาะสมกับผู้เชียวชาญด้านต่าง ๆ และนำผลงานมาพัฒนาเพื่อนำมาสอบถามความพึงพอใจของ กลุ่มเป้ าหมายต่อไป 3. โดยผลการสอบถามกลุ่มเป้ าหมายพบว่า กลุ่มเป้ าหมายมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ของแต่งบ้าน จากแนวคิดA ความงามที่เกิดจากพืน้ ผิวแต่รูปทรงเรียบง่ายในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.566 (S.D.=1.089) ซึ่งเป็ นการนำนำ้ ยางพารามาหล่อผสมกับวัสดุที่น่าสนใจเพื่อให้เกิดพืน้ ผิวที่มี เอกลักษณ์และมีความพึงพอใจต่อแนวคิดB ความงามที่เกิดจากรูปทรงจากหน่วยย่อยที่เปิ ดโอกาสให้ ผู้ใช้งานได้ออกแบบเองในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ย 3.682 (S.D.=1.302) โดยแนวคิดนีเป็นการนำ ยางพารามาหล่อเป็นรูปทรงย่อยแล้วนำมาประกอบกันเป็นรูปทรงใหญ่โดยแนวคิดโมดูล่า The purpose of this research were to study basic information on the Para Rubber and experimental techniques to create texture and shape of the Para Rubber in various ways. Then brought these experimental materials to design home decoration's product and took these works to evaluate satisfaction by target group. The hypothesis in this design was that the target group would most likely choose Product Design of Home Decoration from A) concept of beauty from the texture but simple shapes which different from B) concept of beauty from elemental shapes that will allow users to create their own design. From the experiment by mixing interested material with rubber latex and testing various shapes to find unique texture and shape to produce Product Design of Home Decoration. The study has analyzed the primary experimental materials to find Product Design of Home Decoration that could bring out the best suitable quality of the Para Rubber. The result of the analysis indicated that the materials and shapes from the experiment is suitable for designing lamp product for home use. Because when the rubber latex is harden, it had transparent warm yellow color which gave off mellow light when electric light reflecting on the texture of the Para Rubber. Thus we have designed Para Rubber lamp based on two concepts; concept of beauty from texture and concept of beauty from shapes, three pieces for each concept to inquire from specialists the possibility as well as the suitability of the works before develop these works for the satisfaction evaluation of the target group. The results of this questionnaire were: Target group's satisfaction with Product Design of Home Decoration from A) concept of beauty from the texture but simple shapes in very high proficiency by average of 3.566 (S.D.=1.089) which to mix the rubber latex with interested materials to create a unique texture. And target group's satisfaction with Product Design of Home Decoration from B) concept of beauty from elemental shapes that will allow users to create their own design in very high proficiency by average of 3.682 (S.D.=1.302) which to use the rubber latex to produce elemental shapes and assembled into bigger shape based on Modular Concept.
