Abstract

การสร้างสรรค์ของข้าพเจ้ามีจุดเริ่มต้นจากความสนใจในการเขียนภาพตั้งแต่ยังเยาว์วัยแต่ไม่มีโอกาสเนื่องจากต้องศึกษาทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อนำมาช่วยเหลือประเทศชาติตามที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช บรมนาถบพิตรได้ทรงหวัง เมื่อข้าพเจ้าเกษียณแล้วมีเวลาเพิ่มมากขึ้นจึงได้หวนกลับมาหาสิ่งที่ข้าพเจ้ารักอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ข้าพเจ้าไม่มีความรู้ใดๆ เกี่ยวกับการสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะแบบมาตรฐานจึงได้สร้างผลงานในแบบที่ซื่อตรงต่อสัญชาตญาณของตนเอง ข้าพเจ้าได้ทำการศึกษาผลงานของ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช บรมนาถบพิตร, อองรี รุสโช จิตรกรชาวฝรั่งศสและยะโยะอิ คุสะมะ จิตรกรหญิงชาวญี่ปุ่น ด้วยวิธีการศึกษากรอบแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับ ความฝันและการสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะ ในทัศนะของชิกมันด์ ฟรอยด์ ผลงานศิลปะชิ้นหนึ่งๆ นั้นสามารถตีความได้ว่าเป็นการแปรรูปความฝันให้กลายเป็นรูปทรงที่จับต้องได้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่างานของจิตรกรรมของศิลปีนทั้งสองท่านมีลักษณะที่ผลงานศิลปะแสดงออกด้วยรูปทรง พื้นที่ว่างและสีสันอย่างตรงไปตรงมากับความรู้สึกและไร้มายาจึงเรียกว่านาอีฟอาร์ต (Naive Art) จากผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวข้าพเจ้าได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่ในบางแง่มุมก็มีส่วนคล้ายคลึงกับศิลปินทั้งสองท่านแต่ก็มีแง่มุมที่แตกต่างออกไปในแง่ของบริบทแวดล้อมและการแสดงออกส่วนบุคคล ข้าพเจ้าสามารถสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ความรู้สึก ผ่านรูปทรงและความหมายของพื้นที่ต่างๆ ที่ข้าพเจ้าคุ้นเคย ผลงานสามารถส่งต่อความฝัน ความรู้สึกที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยความรักต่อตนเอง ครอบครัว ประชาชนชาวไทยไปจนกระทั่งผู้คนในโลกได้อย่างเต็มที่

My art creation initiated from my admiration for art since my childhood. My door to the art world was closed at that time due to my obligation to study science as my mother Queen Sirikit had hoped for. With this knowledge, I could help developing the country. After my retirement from duties, I finally gave myself more free time that I have decided to come back to my dearest interest again. Since I have known nothing about conventional art methods, all my art pieces have been created directly from my instinct. My research was conducted on paintings from three artists: His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the French painter Henri Rousseau and the Japanese female painter Yayoi Kusama with the framework of dream and art creation. In Sigmund Freud's point of view, an art piece could be interpreted as a process of how dream was transformed into a tangible form. It is found that both painters 'works have revealed how instinctively art could be expressed through forms, spaces, and colors, consequently defined as Naive Art. Inspired by the finding, I have been creating arts which are in some manners resembling these two artists but the context and personal expressions are different. I have expressed my emotions and feelings through forms and spaces that I have felt familiar with. My works aim to forward the dream and loving messages to myself, my family, Thai people and the world.
