โครงการออกแบบชุดของใช้ในห้องครัว แรงบันดาลใจจากผลไม้

Abstract

ศิลปนิพนธ์ชุดนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบ และสร้างสรรค์ผลงานเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาด้วยกรรมวิธีทางอุตสาหกรรมโดยออกแบบเป็นชุดของใช้ในห้องครัวสำหรับเด็ก ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากผลไม้ โดยผลิตภัณฑ์ใช้ตกแต่งและอุปกรณ์ในห้องครัว ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทพาสติกและสแตนเลสเป็นส่วนมาก แต่เนื่องด้วยการทำครัว กรด เป็นส่วนสำคัญในการประกอบอาหาร และกรดทำให้วัสดุบางชิ้นมีการใช้ที่เหมาะสมกับตัววัสดุ เนื่องด้วยปัญหาเหล่านี้ทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกและสามารถทนทานต่อกรด เนื่องจากเป็นวัสดุที่มีความแกร่ง ทนทานต่อการใช้งาน และอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยคือการประกอบอาหาร ผักบางประเภทที่เหลือใช้จากการประกอบอาหารสามารถนำกลับมาปลูกเพื่อใช้ประกอบอาหารใหม่ จึงเลือกออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในห้องครัว แรงบันดาลใจจากผลไม้เนื่องจากผลไม้เป็นอาหารที่มีประโยชน์และทำให้เด็กซึมซับผลไม้เป็นของใกล้ตัวโดยผลไม้ที่เลือกมาออกแบบมีรูปร่าง รูปทรงที่โค้งมน สีสันสดใส เพื่อให้เด็กเกิดความสนใจในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ประกอบกับการนำลักษณะใบหน้าของมาสคอตมาออกแบบเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาเพื่อดึงดูดให้เด็กมีความสนใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และทำให้ส่งเสริมความการใช้งานที่ออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับเด็ก เช่น ฐานของชิ้นงานมีความแข็งแรง รูปทรงกลม โค้งมน และน้ำนักของตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีน้ำหนักนักพอดีไม่เบาหรือหนักเกินไปเพื่อให้ถือและจับถนัดมือ การออกแบบชุดของใช้ในห้องครัว ที่มีแรงบันดาลใจจากผลไม้ นั้นขึ้นรูปผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้ดิน สโตนแวร์ รหัส S-925 ของบริษัท ซินฟาอินดัสเตรียล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานด้วยการหล่อน้ำดิน (Slip casting) ใช้วิธีการหล่อแบบกลวง (Hollow casting) และการหล่อแบบตัน (Solid casting) ตกแต่งผลงานด้วยเทคคินทาน้ำดินสี หล่อน้ำดินสี และขูดขีดลาย เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 800 องศาเซลเซียล ตกแต่งด้วยเคลือบใส และเผาเคลือบไฟสูงที่อุณหภูมิ 1220 องศาเซลเซียสในบรรยากาศออกซิเดชั่น (Oxidation Fring) การออกแบบในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยผลงานทั้งหมด 9 ชิ้น/ ชุด ดังนี้ 1.โถสำหรับใส่น้ำตาล ความสูง 15.5 x ความกว้าง 14 เซนติเมตร 2.โถสำหรับใส่เกลือ ความสูง 13 x ความกว้าง 12.5 เซนติเมตร 3.ชามสำหรับแช่ผัก เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 15 เซนติเมตร 4.ชามสำหรับแช่ผัก เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 17 เซนติเมตร 5.ที่คั้นน้ำมะนาว ความยาว 11 ความกว้างที่สุด 15.3 เซนติเมตร 6.ที่คั้นน้ำส้ม ความยาว 20.5 x ความกว้างที่สุด 15 เซนติเมตร 7.แก้วสำหรับใส่น้ำส้มหรือน้ำมะนาว เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 12 เซนติเมตร 8.ที่วางฟองน้ำ เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 15 เซนติเมตร 9.แผ่นรองภาชนะร้อน ความยาว23 x ความกว้างที่สุด 16 เซนติเมตร

This art thesis aims to design and create porcelain ceramic works using industrial processes. All of the designs are inspired by fruits and made for children to use as a kitchenware. In recent days, most of the products using in the kitchen, for both cooking processes and decoration, are mainly made of plastic and stainless which can be eroded by the acids that contains in most ingredients of Thai food. Therefore, it causes unsuitable problems to some equipment so porcelain ceramic works are an alternative way to get rid of these problems because porcelain ceramic works are acid resistant, strong and durable. Furthermore, in the cooking processes, some of vegetables remain after and can be re-used so that is another factor that influences me to design kitchenware products. Moreover, I choose the fruits as an inspiration because fruits are beneficial food and children can become more familiar with fruits by using these products. The colorful-rounded shape fruits are selected to the designs, including the use of mascot faces and design properly for children to make them interested in the products such as using strong material, design in the circular shape for workpiece base, control the suitable workpiece weight and easy to use. The making of kitchenware set inspired by fruits uses S-925 stoneware clay from Sin Fa Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Forming the workpiece by using slip casting technique, lubricated by hollow casting and solid casting technique, decorated by clay water brushed, color casting and scratched the patterns, burning down at 800 degree Celsius, coated with clear glaze, and fired coating at high 1200 degrees Celsius with Oxidation Firing technique. This creation of porcelain ceramic works contains with 9 pieces/set as the following details below This creation composed with 9 pieces/set as in this folloeing details” 1. 15.5 centimeter height x 14 centimeter length for sugar container 2. 13 centimeter height x 12.5 centimeter length for salt container 3. 15 centimeter diameters for vegetable storage bowl 4. 17 centimeter diameters for vegetable storage bowl 5. 11 centimeter length x 13.5 centimeter widest-length for Lemon Squeezer 6. 20.5 centimeter length x 15 centimeters widest-length for Orange Squeezer 7. 12 centimeter diameters for juice mug 8. 15 centimeter diameters for sponge container 9. 22 centimeter length x 16 centimeters widest-length for hot plate pad
