โครงการออกแบบชุดน้ำชาอโรม่า

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบชุดน้ำชาอโรม่า ให้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สามารถนำความ รู้สึกร่วมสมัยของรูปทรงผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากศิลปะ Memphis มาใช้ในการออกแบบ โดยนำลักษณะเด่นของศิลปะยุคนี้คือมีการใช้สีและรูปทรงเรขาคณิต ผสมสผสานความเรียบง่ายลงไป จากการออกแบบในรูปแบบสแกนดิเนเวียน เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานและยังคงสามารถใช้งานได้ ตามหลักการออกแบบ การออกแบบชุดน้ำชานี้ได้เล็งเห็นถึงคุณประโยชน์ของการดื่มชาแต่งกลิ่น และ ความสนในศิลปะ ซึ่งสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานออกแบบเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาได้ จากการออกแบบชุดน้ำชาอโรม่า พบว่าในหนึ่งชุดสามารถออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ กาน้ำชา ที่อุ่นกา แก้วชา และจานรองแก้ว โดยใช้เนื้อดินสโตนแวร์ ขึ้นรูปด้วยวิธีการหล่อกลวง (Slip casting) และหล่อตัน (Solid casting) ตกแต่งผลงานด้วยไม้เป็นส่วนประกอบ ได้แก่ ฝากา หู จับฝากา หูจับตัวกา และจานรองแก้ว ชิ้นงานเผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,220 องศาเซลเซียส บรรยากาศ ออกซิเดชั่น (Oxidation Firing) การออกแแบบในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยผลงานทั้งหมด 2 รูปแบบ รูปแบบที่ 1 ประกอบด้วยผลงาน 3 ชุด ชุดละ 8 ชิ้น ชุดที่ 1 เนื้อดิน Stoneware ผสมสีสเตน เคลือบด้วยเคลือบขาวด้าน และเคลือบใส ชุดที่ 2 เนื้อดิน Stoneware ผสมสีสเตน เคลือบด้วยเคลือบใส ชุดที่ 3 เนื้อดิน Stoneware ผสมสีสเตน เคลือบด้วยเคลือบใส และเคลือบด้าน รูปแบบที่ 2 ประกอบด้วยผลงาน 2 ชุด ชุดละ 8 ชิ้น ชุดที่ 1 เนื้อดิน Stoneware ผสมสีสเตน เคลือบด้วยเคลือบใส ชุดที่ 2 เนื้อดิน Stoneware ผสมสีสเตน เคลือบด้วยเคลือบใส ซึ่งผลงานที่ออกแบบในครั้งนี้ ได้สอดคล้องตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการที่ตั้งไว้

The purpose of this research is to design a tea set that can be a product that can brought a feeling of contemporary in which the product receive inspiration from Memphis in designing by bringing out color usage and geometry and simplicity combine in a template of Scandinavian in order to fir for for usage and be able to use as designed. In designing a teapot, We look through the benefits of drinking scented tea and the interested in art in which can be adapted in designing porcelain . From our design in aroma teapot we can concluded that in sone set we can design with up to 4 product which are pot, hot tea, tea pot and coaster. By using stoneware body with slip casting and solid casting. Decorate with wood as an essential element included cap, glass handle and saucer. Each of this is consumed at temperature of 1,220 celsius in oxidation firing. The design consist of 2 products pattern. First design, product consist of 3 sets, each set consist of 8 pieces. 1. Stoneware body with stain color, coated all in white matt glaze and clear glaze. 2. Stoneware body with stain color, coated all in clear glaze. 3. Stoneware body with stain color, coated all in clear glaze and matt glaze. Second design, product consist of 2 sets, each set consist of 8 pieces. 1. Stoneware body with stain color, coated all in clear glaze. 2. Stoneware body with stain color, coated all in clear glaze. These works can be comforted to the objectives to the project.
