การนำศิลปะไทยมาใช้ในการออกแบบของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)เพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบเอกลักษณ์ของศิลปะลายไทยและออกแบบที่นำศิลปะลายไทยมาใช้ในการออกแบบ 2) เพื่อทดลองนำศิลปะลายไทยมาใช้ในการออกแบบของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงาน 3) เพื่อทดสอบความพึงพอใจและความเหมาะสมในการนำศิลปะลายไทยมาใช้ในการออกแบบของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงาน ในการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน โดยเริ่มสืบค้นข้อมูลจากบทความ วารสาร งาน วิจัย เพื่อนำข้อมูลต่างๆ มาใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงานและจากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า จุด เด่นของศิลปะลายไทยอยู่ที่ ความงามของเส้นสายที่มีความอ่อนช้อย และประณีต การเชื่อมต่อของลายที่มีความลื่นไหล และเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมาสร้างเป็นแบบร่าง 2 มิติสำหรับทำต้นแบบ 3มิติ แล้วสรุปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงานจำนวน 6 ชุด ได้แก่ 1กลีบตัด(แท่นตัดเทปกาว) 2. ลุก(ที่เสียบปากกา) 3เปลวกดก (โคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะ) 4.ออกยาม (ชุดอุปกรณ์ติดกระดาษ) 5.ยืนยาม(ฉากคั่นหนังสือ) 6.เปลี่ยนบท (ฉากคั่นหนังสือ) จากนั้นมีการใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่ตัด)ได้รับความพึงพอใจและสามารถสื่อถึงศิลปะลายไทยได้เป็นอันดับที่2 เปลี่ยนบท) ได้รับความพึงพอใจและสามารถสื่อถึงศิลปะลายไทยได้เป็นอันดับที่ 3 และเปลวกดก ออกยาม, ยืนยามได้รับความพึงพอใจน้อยลงตามลำดับ จากการวิจัยพบว่า การนำศิลปะลายไทยมาใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของใช้บนโต๊ะทำงานนั้นถือเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการออกแบบที่แสดงให้เห็นว่า ศิลปะลายไทยนั้นเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของคนไทยที่ได้รับการยอมรับว่ามีความงามอันแบบเฉพาะของไทย เมื่อนำใช้ในการออกแบบสามารถแล้วสามารถสื่อสารความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของไทยนี้สู่สากลได้ ซึ่งผู้ที่สนใจอาจทดลองนำศิลปะลายไทยไปใช้ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ชนิดอื่นๆ หรือศึกษาในภูมิปัญญาด้านอื่นต่อไป

This research aimed (1) to study the form of uniqueness of Thai pattern arts and design works applying Thai Pattern for design, (2) to experiment Thai pattern arts for the desktop product design, and (3) for satisfaction and appropriation of the application of Thai pattern arts for desktop product design. For this research, the researcher planned for the implementation by starting from rese arching articles, journals and studies to use information for desktop product design. According to the study, it was found that the highlight of Thai pattern arts is the beauty of delicate and neat lines, and the smooth and united connection of patterns. The researcher took information analysis to create 2D sketch to further create 3D model, and then to conclude as 5 sets of desktop products, including (1) kleed Tad (Scotch Tape Dispenser), (2 ) Look(Pen holder), (3 )Plaew Dok (Stand Lamp), ( 4) Ok yam (Paper Clipper Set) (5 ) Yuen Yam Book End) and (6) Pliant Bot (Book End) The survey was used to assess satisfaction of consumers to products. It was found that Look gained the highest satisfaction and could best communicate Thai pattern arts. Klee Tad was ranked the second for the customers, satisfaction and ability to communicate Thai pattern arts, Pliant Bot was ranked the third for the customers’ satisfaction and ability to communicate Thai pattern arts, following with Plaew Dok , Ok Yam, and Yuen Yam respectively.

According to the research, it was found that the application of Thai pattern art to the design of desktop products could be another way of design to represent that Thai pattern arts are the Thais uniqueness recognized for its distinguish beauty of Thailand. When it is used for design, it could well communicate the Thai uniqueness internationally, For anyone interested, he/she could experiment by applying Thai patter arts to other types of products or could study on the Thai wisdom further.
