โครงการออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดอุปกรณ์การเลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์สำหรับการเดินทาง

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสง๕ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์ ข้อมูลการเดินทางของผู้เลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์ และ สำรวจความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดอุปกรณ์เลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์สำหรับการเดินทาง และ 3 เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ชุดอุปกรณ์การเลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์สำหรับการเดินทางของผู้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ในการดำเนินการวิจัยผู้วิจัยมีลำดับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการดังนี้ ขั้นตองที่ 1 ศึกษาข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชูการ์ไกลเดอร์ และพฤติกรรมการเดินทางในประเทศไทย ของผู้เลี้ยงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จากนั้นจึงเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิโดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของผู้ใช้และข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 100 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ออกแบบชุดอุปกรณ์โดยมีแนวทางในการออกแบบสอดล้องกับลักษรธการท่องเที่ยว 3 รูปแบบ คือ การท่องเที่ยวระยะสั้น (short Trip) การท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการพักผ่อน ( Leisurely Trip ) และการท่องเที่ยวผจญภัย (Adventure Trip ) พร้อมทำต้นแบบเพื่อทดสอบการใช้งานเพื่อหาความเหมาะสมรวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ส่วนต่างๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากนั้นจึงนำผลที่ได้มาใช้ในการออกแบบและสร้างภาพร่างสามมิติจำนวน 3แนวทาง เพื่อสอบถามความเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบจำนวน 4 ท่านและผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางด้านชูการ์ไกลเดอร์จำนวน 4 ท่าน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าเพื่อเลือกแบบที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดเพียงแบบเดียวและทำการพัฒนาแบบเพื่อทำต้นแบบต่อไป ขั้นตอนที่ 3 สอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 50 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าการเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.) และนำมาแสดงผลในรูปการพรรณนา จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าอุปกรณ์การเลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์ รูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อการพักผ่อน(Leisurely Trip) ซึ่งมีรูปทรงเรียบง่าย มีความสวยงามกลมกลืน สามารถเข้ากับรูปแบบการใช้งานของผู้เลี้ยงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้รับคะแนนประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์สุด โดยหัวข้อที่มีคะแนนสูงที่สุดคือ ความสวยงามลงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.75 ( S.D.= 0.46 ) รองลงมาคือการทำความสะอาดและการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่4.63 ( S.D.=0.52 ) และจากความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่ออุปกรณ์การเลี้ยงชูการ์ไกลเดอร์เฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากโดยความสวยงาม มีค่า

เฉลี่อยู่ ที่ 4.35(S.D. = 0.63) อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมาก ด้านการใช้งาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.1( S.D. = 0.76 ) อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมาก และด้านทัศนคติของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.04 (S.D. = 0.85) อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมาก

The purposes of this research are consisted of1) to study the information and data related to Sugar Glider, traveling habit of owner and investigate the target the target users’ needs, 2) to design and development of traveling portable care set of Sugar Glider, and 3) to evaluate the user satisfaction of the design equipment. The processes of this research methodology are as follows: first, to study the literatures involved with the studies related to Sugar Glider and its traveling habits as well as for the owner (target group) in Thailand, then collected the primary data from 100 participants of target group by open-ended questionnaires in order to find the user’s needs and in-depth data, secondly, 3 sets of equipment design for Sugar Glider as for a short trip, a leisurely trip and an adventure trip in compact design that the equipment could be expand to increase volume for the to feel comfortable with the space provided. Then crated the 3D rendering of Sugar Glider’s taking care equipment and interviewed with 4 professional designers and 4 specialists in Sugar Gliders. An interviewing tool that hand been appropriate applied for this work was rating scale, which aimed to find the most appropriate design to be developed and constructed in the next stage, and thirdly, to investigate the users’ satisfaction

using 50 participants, by rating scales questionnaires and analyze the hypothesis results by using the percentage, mean value (M)and standard deviation (S.D.) in form of M (S.D.) According to the results, a leisurely style with a minimal obtained high score. The highest score goes to design of equipment with score 4.75 (S.D. = 0.46) The second highest is the equipment easy for cleaning and maintenance with score 4.63 (S.D. = 0.52)The third highest is the suitability of materials and manufacturing with score 4.5 (S.D. 0.53) From the user’s satisfaction issue, the results are in high level. Appearance satisfaction average value with score 4.35 (S.D. =0.63) usage satisfaction has got quite satisfaction with score 4.1 (S.D. = 0.76) and lastly, users’ attitude towards the equipment with score 4.04(S.D. = 0.85)
