การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตจากต้นธูปฤาษี เพื่อการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในที่พักอาศัย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวัสดุต้นธูปฤาษีและทำการทดลองคุณสมบัติกรรมวิธีในการขึ้นรูป เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางที่นำไปใช้เป็นข้อกำหนดในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ 2) เพื่อนำข้อกำหนดจากวัสดุต้นธูปฤาษีที่ได้ มาพัฒนาและออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับการนำออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากวัสดุต้นธูปฤาษีที่ออกแบบตามข้อกำหนดที่ได้ให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับการนำมาออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในที่พักอาศัย การวิจัยได้ค้นคว้าจากวารสาร บทความ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อศึกษาและทำการทดลองการขึ้นรูปด้วยกระบวนการที่สอดคล้องกับคุณสมบัติของวัสดุตั้งต้น ซึ่งต้นธูปฤาษีที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นต้นธูปฤาษีที่มีลักษณะแบบใบกว้าง ที่พบได้ในแหล่งน้ำตื้นและน้ำท่วมขังทั่วไปในท้องถิ่น จากการศึกษา และทำการทดลองพบว่าคุณสมบัติของต้นธูปฤาษีสามารถนำใบมาใช้ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่รับแรงได้ โดยสรุปผลการทดลองวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ ดังนี้ 1) การขึ้นรูปด้วยกระบวนการรีดเส้นใบต้นธูปฤาษีเป็นแผ่น 2) การขึ้นรูปด้วยการนำเส้นใบต้นธูปฤาษีมาอัดและดัด3) การขึ้นรูปด้วยการนำเส้นใบต้นธูปฤาษีมาขดขึ้นรูป โดยแบ่งแนวทางการออกแบบเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เป็น 2 แนว ทาง คือ 1) ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ต้นธูปฤาษีเป็นวัสดุหลัก 2) ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ต้นธูปฤาษีร่วมกับวัสดุอื่น จากผลการวิจัยสามารถนำกระบวนการผลิตขึ้นรูปมาออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ในที่พักอาศัย คือ ฉากกั้นแบบแขวน โต๊ะกลางม โต๊ะสูง และเก้าอี้ ที่มีความเป็นอัตลักษณ์จากต้นธูปฤาษีได้เป็นอย่างดี อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำเอากระบวนการทดลองและการผลิตมาปรับใช้หรือต่อยอดใช้กับภูมิปัญญาในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบอื่นๆ ต่อไป

This research aims; 1) study the material from cattail and experimental the characteristic, a process of molding order to obtaining the knowledge approach to adapt to the designing of home furniture. 2) To apply the knowledge approach from the molding experiment of the material cattail, to appropriate and consistent for the designing of home furniture. 3) To study the cattail material through experimentation to understand its properly and biology. Research has searched from the journal, the articles which related. For study and the molding experimental of the related processing with the characteristic of the starting material, the cattail used in this research was broad-leaf cattail which found in shallow water and wetland The experimental results are as following 1) Rolling, 2) Coiling 3)Extrusion- Bending. There and separate the designing method into 2 way. 1 ) The product is use cattail as the main material. 2) The product is use the cattail combination with other materials. The results of this research can use the molding process in designing of home furniture. There are 3 products: hanging screen, table and chairs that show the production identity of cattail as well. There are also applying the experiment process and the production process to adapt to use or develop the other designing method.
