โครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาเครื่องออกกำลังกายกลางแจ้งสำหรับสวนสาธารณะในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลสวนสาธารณะในเขตกรุงเทพฯ ข้อมูลการออกกำลังกาย และสำรวจความต้องการของผู้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2) เพื่อออกแบบเครื่องออกกำลังกายกลางแจ้งสำหรับส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายให้กับผู้ที่มาใช้สวนสาธารณะในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเครื่องออกกำลังกายกลางแจ้งจากผู้ใช้กลุ่มป้าหมาย การดำเนินการวิจัยผู้วิจัยมีลำดับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการดังนี้ขั้นตอนที่ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสวนสาธารณะ และการออกกำลังกาย จากนั้นจึงเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิโดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากสำนักงานสวนสาธารณะกรุงเทพฯ และเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของผู้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 100คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2) ออกแบบและทำต้นแบบระบบเพื่อทดสอบหาความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานจากนั้นจึงนำผลที่ได้มาใช้ในการออกแบบและสร้างภาพร่างสามมิติจำนวน 3 แนวทาง เพื่อสอบถามความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบจำนวน 5ท่านโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าเพื่อเลือกแบบที่มีความเหมาะสมที่สุดเพียงแบบเดียวและทำการพัฒนาแบบเพื่อทำต้อแบบสำหรับขั้นตอนที่ 3) สอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 50 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.) และจึงนำมาแปรผลโดยการบรรยายแบบเชิงพรรณนา จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวเครื่องออกกำลังกายรูปแบบที่1 แนวทางวิถีธรรมชาติแสนสนุก (FUNNATURAL LIFE) ซึ่งมีรูปทรงมาจากช้างพ่นน้ำที่มีความโดดเด่นและกลมกลืนกับสภาพแวดล้อมในสวนได้รับคะแนนประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์มากโดยหัวข้อที่มีคะแนนสูงที่สุดคือความง่ายในการทำความเข้าใจและการใช้งานมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.5(S.D.=0.89)รองลงมาคือหัวข้อความสวยงามน่าดึงดูดของเครื่องเล่นมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.4(S.D. =0.54) ถัดมาคือหัวข้อความสนุกสนานที่ได้จากการเล่นมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.4(S.D. =0.89)แลจากความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อเครื่องออกกำลังกายเฉลี่ยอยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากโดยหัวข้อความพึงพอใจด้านรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.33(S.D. 062) อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งานมีค่าเฉลี่ย4.14(S.D.=0.66) อยู่ในเกณฑ์

พึงพอใจมาก และด้านทัศนคติของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อเครื่องออกกำลังมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 (S.D.=0.78) อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมาก

Purposes of this research are consisted of 1) To study the information and data related to public parks in Bangkok and exercising, and investigate target users’ needs. 2)To design an OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT that could encourage public park users to exercise. And 3) To evaluate the user’s satisfaction of the outdoor exercise equipment design. The research methods applied in this research could be interpreted as follows:1) First stage, the researcher study the secondary data from literatures involved with the study related to public park and exercising habits. After that the researcher collect the primary data from 100 participants who are Bangkok Public Parks’ officers and users by using open- ended questionnaires in order to fins the users’ needs and professional in-depth data. 2) Next stage is designing and experimenting stage. At this stage,3 designs of outdoor exercise equipment have been created to use in interviewing the 5 professional designers. An interviewing tool that has been applied in this research is rating scale which aims to find an only final design that is the most appropriate design to be developed in the next stage. 3) This stage is to investigate the users’ satisfaction by using 50 rating scales questionnaires and analyzing the hypothesis results by using percentage, Mean Value and S.D.

According to the results, FUN NATURAL LIFE style (No.1) A water spraying elephant, that stand outs yet also blend in with surroundings, has quite high score. The highest score goes to an ease in using and understanding the equipment usage, mean value at 4.5 ( S.D. =0.89) The second highest is the appearance of the equipment, mean value at 4.4(S.D. =0.54 )Next is pleasure while using the machine, mean value at 4.4 (S.D.=0.89). From the user’s satisfaction issue, the results is in high level. Appearance satisfaction average value is 4.33(S.D.=0.62) Usage satisfaction has got quite well value is 4.14(S.D. =0.66)and lastly, users’ attitude towards the machine mean value is 3.93 (S.D. =0.78)
