โครงการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหมบ้านปะอาว จังหวัดอุบลธานี

Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาและการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหม บนพื้นฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นบ้านปะอาว จังหวัดอุบลราชะนี 2) ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหมโดยต่อยอดจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นบ้านปะอาว และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดย1) การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ และ 2) การวิจัยจากกรณีใช้เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ 1) การสังเกต และบันทึกผลการสังเกต2) การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างช่างหล่อทองเหลือง และช่างทอผ้าไหมบ้านปะอาว รวมทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่อิทธิพลต่อความสนใจผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลือง และ4) การทดลองใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาและออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหม บนพื้นฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นบ้านปะอาว พบว่า 1) กรรมวิธีการหล่อ ดั้งเดิมแบบขี้ผึ้งหาย ลวดลาย และการประยุกต์ใช้วัสดุ เป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในหัตถกรรมทอผ้าไหมของบ้านปะอาว 2) หัตถกรรมหล่อทองเหลืองบ้านปะอาวมีศักยภาพในตัวเองสูงสามารถพัฒนาได้ เนื่องจากมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์แบบดั้งเดิม ความเป็นงานฝีมือ มีเรื่องราวความเป็นมาอันน่าสนใจ และมี คุณค่าเชิงนิเวศ สอดคล้องกันกระแสนิยมและความสนใจของผู้บริโภคปัจจุบัน 3) มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะพัฒนาการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหมโดยวิธีการปะติดผ้าไหมเข้ากับชิ้นงานทองเหลืองเป็นวิธีการที่เหมาะสม และ 4)ความต้องการการออกแบบของตลาด ต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองในกลุ่มเครื่องเรือนและของตกแต่งบ้าน โดยให้ความสำคัญกับรูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ในการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อ การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหม ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานแนวความคิดสำคัญ คือ การผสานไหมเข้ากับทองเหลืองโดยวิธีการปะติดอย่างเป็นแบบแผนของลวดลายสัมพันธ์ที่ได้จากเอกลักษณ์ลวดลายของหัตถกรรมผ้าไหม และหัตถกรรมทองเหลืองบ้านปะอาว เป็นรูปแบบที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคมร่วมสมัยได้ โดยใช้กรรมวิธีการผลิต ทักษะงานฝีมือ และเอกลักษณ์ของลวดลายที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมของท้องถิ่น ความบันดาลใจและแนวความคิดการออกแบบ คือ ใบบัว ผลงานการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ มีจำนวน 5 ชุด ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดกาน้ำชา 2) เชิงเทียน3) แจกัน 4) กระดิ่งลม และ 5) โคมไฟชุดติดผนัง ทั้งหมดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ทองเหลืองกับไหม โดยไหมที่ใช้ได้จากผ้าไหมหัวกี่ และเศษเหลือใช้จาก

การแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของชุมชน นำมาผสานกับชิ้นงานทองเหลืองโดยวิธีการปะติดลงในร่องลายบนพื้นผิวทองเหลืองที่ทำเตรียมไว้แล้ว สามารถถอดเปลี่ยนให้มีสีสัน และลวดลายต่างๆ ของผ้าไหมที่นำมาใช้ ได้ตามความชอบ หรือตามกระแสนิยม

The main objectives of this thesis were; 1) to study the guidelines for development and design the brass with silk products that based on local wisdom of Baan Pa-Au, Ubonratchathani, 2) design the brass with silk products that advanced in local wisdom of Baan Pa-Au and 3) to evaluate the prototype products. The research methodology consisted of 1) survey research and 2)the study of the case, The instruments used in the study were 1) to observe and record observations, 2) semi-structured interviews with brass casters, silk weavers, including the community product experts, 3) the questionnaires to ask about the product interest factors and 4) experimentation. The content analysis and the percentage, mean and standard deviation were the parameters used for statistical analysis. After the study of guidelines to develop and design the bass with silk products, the results of the study were as follows :1) The traditional lost-wax casting process patterns and material application for the brass crafts and also the specific patterns of silk for the silk weaving crafts those were the local wisdom of Baan Pa-Ao.2)The Baan Pa-Ao brass casting craft has the potential to develop higher itself, due to the traditional identity, the handicraft value, the

interesting background story and Eco value that correlated with the trend of the customer at present. 3) It is possible to develop brass with silk products designed by attaching the silk into the brass works that is the appropriate technique 4) The bass product design requirements of the markets are furniture and home furnishings that focus on the form of the purchasing decisions. Based on the key concept of making brass with silk products designed, the merging silk with brass by attaching into unique patterns of silk weaving crafts and Baan Pa-Au brass crafts which can serve the demand of contemporary as the production, the craft skills, and uniqueness of the local traditional pattern. The inspiration and the design concept is “lotus leaf’’, the product design have 5 sets which are consist of 1) Teapot with teacups 2) Candlesticks 3) Vases 4) Wind chimes and 5) Lamp series, wall mountable All of these products are made of brass with silk as a loom head silk and the residuals from processing products the community combined with brass by attaching into the pattern. They can be changed and removed for making more colorful or the trends including what the color that the customer like.
