รูปแบบการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุของชุมชนตลาดเก้าห้อง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

ชุมชนตลาดเก้าห้องมีเอกสารจดหมายเหตุรูปแบบต่าง ๆ อยู่เป็นจำนวนมากแต่ยังขาดการจัดการที่เหมาะสม ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่ทราบและไม่เข้าใจความสำคัญของเอกสารที่มีอยู่ในฐานะที่เป็นเอกสารจดหมายเหตุมากนัก แต่ก็ให้ความสำคัญกับสิ่งของ โบราณวัตถุ โดยนำมาจัดแสดงในพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนตลาดเก้าห้อง รูปแบบการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุที่เหมาะสมของกรณีศึกษาคือ (1) การอนุรักษ์เอกสารต้นฉบับให้เก็บรักษา จัดแสดง และให้บริการอยู่ที่บ้านของเจ้าของเอกสาร และ (2) การทำสำเนาเอกสารจากต้นฉบับเก็บรักษา จัดแสดง และให้บริการที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชน

Numbers of archival materials at the Gao Hong marker community in Suphanburi province are under the inappropriate management methods. Though some antiques are displayed at community museum, but most of owners pay less attention to their archival value and importance. The study proposed appropriate and possible methods for this case is (1) Preserve original archives available for educational service at their home. (2) Make 2 copies of archives, keep a copy in storage, display and service another copy at the community museum.
