แนวทางการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้าน วัดฝั่งคลอง (ไทยพวน) ตำบลเกาะหวาย อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติ ความเป็นมา แนวทางและรูปแบบการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านวัดฝั่งคลอง (ไทยพวน) ตลอดจนจุดเด่นและจุดด้อยของการจัดการที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบัน และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ระเบียบวิธีในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญประกอบไปด้วยบุคลากรในพิพิธภัณฑ์ผู้นำท้องถิ่นหรือปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน บุคลากรในสถานศึกษา ชาวบ้านในชุมชน และประชาชนทั่วไป ผ่านการศึกษาเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์โดยผ่านเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้ศึกษาได้ใช้รูปแบบการวิเคราะห์แบบบรรยาย โดยใช้วิธีการตีความ แปลความหมาย หาข้อสรุปจากข้อมูลที่เป็นรูปธรรมที่ได้มาจากการกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้าน วัดฝั่งคลอง (ไทยพวน) นั้น ประกอบไปด้วยทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรมที่ทรงคุณค่า ทั้งทรัพยากรทางโบราณคดี ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และทรัพยากรวัฒนธรรมที่แสดงออก หรือศิลปะการแสดง แต่หากมองในแง่ของหน้าที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นพื้นบ้านแล้ว พิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้าน วัดฝั่งคลอง (ไทยพวน) ยังมีความขัดแย้งกับบทบาทของพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้าน 8 ประการ อันประกอบไปด้วย การรวบรวมวัตถุ ตรวจสอบ จำแนกแยกประเภท และศึกษาวิจัยการทำบันทึกหลักฐาน การซ่อมสงวนรักษาวัตถุ การรักษาความปลอดภัยการจัดแสดง การให้การศึกษา และหน้าที่ทางสังคม ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้าน ด้วยกัน คือ ด้านการจัดการข้อมูล ด้านสถานที่ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และด้านผู้รับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์

The objectives of this thesis are : 1) To study and gather data on the history and management concepts of Wat FungKhlong (Thai-Puan) Folk Museum as well as its existing strengths and weaknesses. 2) To propose recommendations for appropriate management of this Folk Museum. Documentary study and qualitative research methodology of participation and non-participant to observation as well as formal and informal and informal interviews were used. The research population consists of Wat FungKhlong (Thai-Puan) Folk Museum staffs, community leaders, local scholars in folk wisdom, educational officers, community members and museum visitors. Descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze, interpret, and present the research data. The research findings are : Wat FungKhlong (Thai-Puan) Folk museum holds many valuable cultural recourses, including archaeological resources, local wisdom, and performing arts. However, it does not perform all of the normal roles expected of folk museums in collecting, identifying, classifying, researching, recording, conserving, and preserving cultural resources as well as providing museum security, organizing exhibition/educational activities, and social functions. There five aspects of recommendations for appropriate measures for museum management, namely, information management, site management, budget management, community participation, and responsible persons for museum management.
