Abstract

การศึกษา อัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่น ใช้แนวคิดอัตลักษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการหาอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ของพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่น และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ของพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่น การศึกษาครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพในส่วนของอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ในมุมมองของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและนักวิชาการ โดยการสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการและการศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนที่ 2 การศึกษาเชิงประมาณในส่วนของอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ในมุมมองของผู้เข้าชม บุคลากรภายใน และนักโบราณคดีสำนักศิลปากรที่ 9 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษา พบว่าอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ในมุมมองของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและนักวิชาการมีความสอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ในมุมมองของผู้เข้าชม บุคลากรภายใน และนักโบราณคดี สำนักศิลปากรที่ 9 โดยอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ของพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่น คือ ความเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ด้านประวัติศาสตร์โบราณคดีที่มีกลุ่มวัฒนธรรมทวารวดีภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่มีความโดดเด่นและมีใบเสมาหินทรายเป็นศิลปกรรมที่เป็นหลักฐานที่สำคัญในวัฒนธรรมทวารวดีภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และมีใบเสมาหินทรายพิมพาพิลาปเป็นโบราณวัตถุหลักที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์หลักของพิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่น จากข้อมูลอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ผู้ศึกษานำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ คือ การแปลความหมาย การสร้างการยอมรับอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ (การเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์) การรักษาอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ การจัดการธุรกิจพิพิธภัณฑ์ การศึกษาวิจัยอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ในประเด็นสืบเนื่อง และเพื่อการให้การจัดการอัตลักษณ์พิพิธภัณฑ์ประสบความสำเร็จ พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติขอนแก่นควรมีการปรับความสัมพันธ์หรือโครงสร้างองค์กรการทำงานด้านโบราณคดีร่วมกับสำนักศิลปากรที่ 9 เพื่อให้การทำงานด้านพิพิธภัณฑ์และโบราณคดีมีความสอดคล้องกัน

Museum Identity of Khon Kaen national museum use the identity concept to be a tool for defines identity of the museum. The objective of the study is for define the Museum Identity of Khon Kaen national museum and propose the method of Museum Identity of Khon Kaen national museum management. The study is devided into two parts as the qualitative study in the part of Museum Identity in the specialist thinking by informal interview and study from related research. Next is the quantitative study in the part of vising people, organization personal, and archaeologist of The Fine Arts Department 9 by using questionnaire. The result shows that, the Museum Identity in the specialist thinking is related to visiting people, organization personal, and archaeologist group. The Museum Identity of Khon Kaen national museum is archaeological museum that include the North-East Dvaravati culture that outstanding and have a Boundary marker sandstone as a important evidence in North-East Dvaravati culture and the Boundary marker sandstone depicting Buddha’s life scene “Weeping-Pimpa” is the main of Museum Identity in Khon Kaen national museum. From the results, research propose the method of Museum Identity management are the meaning, Museum Identity acceptation acceptation (publicize and publics relation), the hold of Museum Identity, Museum business management, research study of Museum Identity in related aspects, and for making Museum Identity management achieve success. The Khon Kaen national museum should be improve the relation or organization structure in the archaeology aspect with The Fine Arts Department 9. For a museum working and archaeology is compatible.
