การดำรงอยู่ของการใช้พื้นที่ภายใต้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพของบ้านแบบปัจจุบัน กรณีศึกษาบ้านไท-พวน หาดเสี้ยว อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหารูปแบบการจัดเรียงพื้นที่ใช้สอยในเรือนสมัยเก่าไปจนถึงเรือนสมัยใหม่ที่มีพัฒนาการในการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาเป็นลำดับ และการจัดเรียงนี้เป็นการแสดงออกทางพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยด้วยแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์โดยชุมชนเอง ทำให้ทราบถึงการปรับตัวและความต้องการในการคงการดำรงชีวิตที่ดีงามในอดีตสืบทอดมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน วิธีวิจัยประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วนได้แก่ 1. ศึกษาจากเอกสารชั้นต้น 2. การลงสำรวจสภาพพื้นที่ และการสัมภาษณ์ 3. กำหนดและจำแนกกรณีศึกษาตามรูปแบบทางกายภาพเรือน ทิศทางสู่ถนน และชาติพันธ์ เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการทางสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ และ 4. ใช้เครื่องมือ Space Syntax ในการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบพื้นที่ใช้งานที่ดำรงอยู่หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบ้านแบบปัจจุบันทั้งหมดมีการจัดเรียบเรียงรูปแบบบ้านวัฒนธรรมพื้นที่ (Spatio -Cultural) ในส่วนหลังบ้าน ที่สอดคล้องระหว่างบ้านสมัยโบราณและบ้านสมัยใหม่เริ่มจากส่วนโถงกลาง (H) ส่วนชานหลัง (S) ส่วนครัว (K) ตามลำดับซึ่งส่วนชานหลัง (S) จะอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างโถงกลาง( H) และครัว (K) แสดงการรักษาโครงสร้างหรือระเบียบ (Syntactic) ที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ทางพื้นที่ใช้สอยเอาไว้ ในภาพรวมบ้านของชาวบ้านพวนบ้านหาดเสี้ยวเปลี่ยนไปเพื่อการพักผ่อนเพียงอย่างเดียวโดยมีพื้นที่ต้อนรับและจัดงานพิธีขนาดย่อมลงตามระบบสังคม ระบบเศรษฐกิจ และการผสมกลืนทางวัฒนธรรมที่เข้ามา แต่ก็ยังคงยึดกรอบประเพณีปลูกสร้างแบบโบราณผสมผสานอย่างต่อเนื่องซึ่งเป็นภูมิปัญญาการใช้สอยพื้นที่ที่ดีงาม ผลจากการศึกษานี้น่าจะนำประเด็นดังกล่าวไปศึกษาบ้านของชาวพวนในแหล่งที่ตั้งอื่นต่อไป

This study aims to find the arrangement of usable area patterns of the old house from the contemporary house developments. These area patterns are expressed by the creativity of the community itself, which illustrated the adaptation and the need to preserve the cultural inheritance of living. The methodology consists of four studies that are; 1) Use the primary documents and the secondary documents; 2) Survey the area and interview the Villagers; 3) Selecting a case study that represents the past to the present and compare the survival, changes and future trends. And 4) Using Space Syntax try to understand the nature of the area network of the house plan. The results indicated that all the current houses have some sorts of Spatio-Cultural at back of the house area. Consistency between ancient and modern houses started from the main hall (H) and the kitchen (K) respectively The storage (S) is located in the midway between the main hall (H) and the kitchen (K) These syntactic structures are maintatined through the ordering of the usable ares. As a whole, the houses of Tai-phuan people have changed toward resident type rather than the forming type, with the small social areas for reception and cultural ceremony according to the cure4nt economy, the social life and the transforming of cultural combination that comes However they remained firmly building their houses within a traditional culture combined with a continuous current, as the good living wisdom Finally the results of this study should be lead to the study of the Tai-phuan’s houses in another location
