คู่มือแนะนำเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ค.ศ.1933-1979 ในหอจดหมายเหตุ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ในหอจดหมายเหตุ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ 2) จัดทำคำอธิบายเอกสารจดหมายเหตุ สำหรับเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ระดับกลุ่ม และระดับแฟ้ม 3) จัดทำคู่มือแนะนำเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นกลุ่มเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1933-1979 จำนวน 5.5 ฟุต (15 กล่อง, สมุด 6 เล่ม) ที่ให้บริการอยู่ในหอจดหมายเหตุ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ หลักเกณฑ์การลงรายการเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่ – ลำพูน) ในระดับกลุ่ม และระดับแฟ้ม และแบบบันทึกข้อมูลเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่ – ลำพูน) ในระดับกลุ่ม และระดับแฟ้ม ผลการศึกษาลักษณะเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่ – ลำพูน) ในระดับกลุ่ม พบว่าเอกสารมีลักษณะสำคัญที่นำมาจัดทำคำอธิบายเอกสารในคู่มือแนะนำเอกสาร ได้ 7 ส่วน 23 หน่วยข้อมูล ได้แก่ รหัสอ้างอิงคือ RG 013/79 ชื่อเรื่องคือ เอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) เอกสารอยู่ในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1933-1979 เอกสารมีจำนวน 5.5 ฟุต (15 กล่อง และสมุด 6 เล่ม) ผู้ผลิตเอกสารคือ สำนักงานคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ได้รับมอบเอกสารจากประธานคริสตจักรภาค และเจ้าหน้าที่คริสตจักรภาค เอกสารมีขอบเขตและเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมภายในคริสตจักรภาค และเกี่ยวข้องกับสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย มีการจัดเรียงเอกสารตามระยะเวลา เงื่อนไขการใช้และการทำสำเนาเอกสารเป็นไปตามระเบียบการเก็บรักษาและใช้เอกสารของสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย เอกสารส่วนใหญ่เป็นภาษาไทย พิมพ์ด้วยเครื่องพิมพ์ดีด มีเอกสารแทรกบางแผ่นและสมุดที่บันทึกด้วยลายมือ เครื่องมือช่วยค้นที่หอจดหมายเหตุได้จัดทำไว้แล้วคือหนังสือแนะนำเอกสารและบัตรรายการ เอกสารกลุ่มนี้จัดเก็บและให้บริการในหอจดหมายเหตุ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถค้นคว้าเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพิ่มเติมได้จากกลุ่มเอกสารอเมริกันเพรสไบทีเรียนมิชชั่น รหัส RG 001/79 ในระดับแฟ้ม พบว่า เอกสารมีลักษณะสำคัญที่นำมาจัดทำคำอธิบายเอกสารในคู่มือแนะนำเอกสารได้ 5 ส่วน 9 หน่วยข้อมูล ได้แก่ รหัสอ้างอิง ชื่อ เอกสาร วัน เดือน ปีของเอกสาร ขนาดและปริมาณของเอกสาร ขอบเขตและเนื้อหาของเอกสาร ภาษา/ตัวอักษร ลักษณะทางกายภาพและความต้องการทางด้านเทคนิค เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและหมายเหตุ คู่มือแนะนำเอกสารคริสตจักรภาคที่ 1 (เชียงใหม่-ลำพูน) ค.ศ. 1933-1979 ในหอจดหมายเหตุ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพที่จัดทำขึ้นนี้ มีหน่วยข้อมูลทางด้านจดหมายเหตุที่จะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถค้นหาเอกสารได้ตรงกับความต้องการอย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และแม่นยำมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ข้อมูลทางด้านจดหมายเหตุในคู่มือนี้สามารถนำไปลงรายการเพื่อการสืบค้นในระบบออนไลน์ได้ต่อไป

The objective of this thesis is to study the physical descriptions of records of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai – Lamphun) 1933-1979 A.D., to explain the description and create a guide to records of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun) 1933-1979 A.D. by applying General International Standard Archival Description, second edition. The subject/samples used in this research are Records of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun), consisting of 15 boxes and 6 volumes of book, that are kept and provided at Payap University Archives. The instruments used for data collecting were Records of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun) cataloguing rules and forms for recording descriptions of Records of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun) at the found and file levels. The result of the study shows that the descriptions of the records at the fond level can be classified in 7 areas 23 elements, such as the reference code (RG 013/79), the title (the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun)), and the entire period from 1933 to 1979. The length of the records is 5.5 linear feet (consisting of 15 boxes and 6 volumes of book). The creator was the Church office, the records were given by Sombun Dangruean ; one of the Presidents and Winai Suraphakdi ; one of the Authority of the Church. The scope and contents of records concerned with activities within the Church and associated with the Church of Christ in Thailand, and the records were arranged chronologically. The term of use and reproduction are according to the rules and regulation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. The languages for recording are mostly in Thai. Most of records were typed by typewriters and duplicated. There are some inserted papers and books with hand writing. There have been some guide and card catalogs for finding aids. The records are provided in the Payap University Archives. The researcher should also consult the records of the American Presbyterian Mission (RG 001/79). The descriptions at the file level in the guide were 5 areas 9 elements, including reference code, title, dates, extent and medium of the unit of description, scope and contents, language/script of materials, physical characteristics and technical requirement, related units of description and notes. The creation of the guide to record of the 1st District Church (Chiangmai-Lamphun) 1933-1979 A.D. at the Payap University Archives allows users to search for documents more quickly and accurately. In addition, the archival information in this guide can be searched online in the future.
