https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/402 สาขาวิชาเครื่องเคลือบดินเผา Fri, 12 Jun 2026 18:18:28 GMT 2026-06-12T18:18:28Z https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/15703 การพัฒนาน้ำดินสีเพื่อใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาราชบุรี ธาตรี เมืองแก้ว การพัฒนาน้ำดินสีเพื่อใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาราชบุรีนั้นเป็นการทดลองผสมสารให้สีลงไปในน้ำดิน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการตกแต่งผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาที่มีการผลิตกันในจังหวัดราชบุรี โดยตั้งเป้าหมายโดยใช้เทคนิคการทาน้ำดินสี (Engobe), เทคนิคการขูดขีด (Sgraffito) และเทคนิคการฝังน้ำดินสี (Inlay) มาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตกแต่งลงบนชิ้นงาน ส่วนลวดลายที่ทำการตกแต่งลงไปจะใช้ลักษณะของเส้น มาสร้างสรรค์ให้เกิดลวดลายต่าง ๆ โดยมีแนวทางการออกแบบจากกรณีศึกษาจากลวดลายบนงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาบ้านเชียง, ลวดลายบนงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาอินเดีย, งานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาของชนเผ่าอินเดียแดงในทวีปอเมริกา และลวดลายบนงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาของชนเผ่าในทวีปแอฟริกา ซึ่งกรณีศึกษาเหล่านี้มีความเรียบง่ายและสวยงามในการแสดงออกในลักษณะเด่นของเส้น ซึ่งเป็นตัวอย่างเริ่มต้นที่ดี สำหรับผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้สนใจทั่วไปในการนำไปเป็น กรณีศึกษาในการสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาผลงานต่อไป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. เมื่อใส่สารออกไซด์ให้สีลงไปในน้ำดินทำให้เกิดปฏิกิริยา เมื่อทำการเผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,200 °C ทำให้น้ำดินที่ทาลงบนพื้นผิวของภาชนะเกิดเป็นสีตามอัตราส่วนที่ได้ทำการทดลองผสมลงไปในน้ำดิน 2. การขูดขีดตกแต่งลวดลายลงบนผลงาน ควรทำการขูดขีดขณะที่ดินยังมีความหมาด จะทำให้การขูดแต่งได้ง่าย 3. จากกรณีศึกษาที่ได้ทำการศึกษา ทำให้เห็นแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์ลวดลายที่หลากหลาย จึงทำให้ผู้ประกอบการเจ้าของโรงงานผลิตโอ่งมังกรที่ผู้วิจัยได้ขอใช้พื้นที่โรงงานในการทำการศึกษาวิจัยเกิดแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามรูปแบบของงานวิจัยที่ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา โดยการฝึกให้คนงานทดลองทำตามแบบที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างสรรค์ไว้เป็นกรณีศึกษา; The development of clay slip for creation in Ratchaburi’s pottery. The experiment mixing colors into the clay slip to guide for decorating in the ceramics pottery in the province of Ratchaburi. By the techniques Engobe, Sgraffito and Inlay. The pattern is used to decorate the appearance of lines. The creation in a design of pattern are combine with the design approach of case studies in Ban Chiang pottery, Native north American pottery and pattern designs on pottery of tribes in Africa. Those are simple and beautiful to show off the features of the line, which is a good for example for entrepreneurs or those who are interested in applying to work further on. The results showed that: 1. When add oxide into clay slip, it will become color on the surface of the pottery at 1,200 °C. About shade of colors up to percentage of oxide. 2. When the pottery half dry that is the good time for decorating with Engobe, Sgraffito and Inlay on the surface. 3. For the case study of this research, we can see the variety of the way to develop the product of Rachaburi’s pottery. The owner of the factory as the researcher use the factory for doing research he got the idea to develop the products of his factory from this research. There is a sunrise and a sunset every single day. One of the best parts about them is that they're never quite the same. The skies incredibly hold natural beauty but they also hold different meanings. They make time seem to stand still and peaceful. There are 8 potteries in the series, showing how stunning the sky is which expressed on the crafted potteries.
