https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/435 สาขาวิชาการออกแบบเครื่องประดับ 2026-08-08T21:53:12Z https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/30786 รายงานการวิจัย เรื่อง นวัตกรรมการสังเคราะห์เส้นใยเมลานินชีวภาพจากดินเปรี้ยวอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริในที่ดินมูลนิธิชัย พัฒนาเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์แฟชั่นส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ขจรศักต์ นาคปาน; สุภาวี ศิรินคราภรณ์ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนา “นวัตกรรมการสังเคราะห์เส้นใยเมลานินชีวภาพจากดินเปรี้ยว” ในพื้นที่มูลนิธิชัยพัฒนา จังหวัดนครนายก โดยอาศัยแนวทางพระราชดําริในการแก้ปัญหาดินเปรี้ยวผ่าน กระบวนการทางธรรมชาติและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ควบคู่กับการศึกษาและประเมินคุณสมบัติเชิงวัสดุของ เส้นใยเมลานินชีวภาพเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในงานสิ่งทอและแฟชั่น และการสร้างต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สะท้อนอัต ลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นพร้อมการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจฐานราก วิธีดําเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วยการ เก็บตัวอย่างดินเปรี้ยวจากพื้นที่ศึกษา การคัดแยกและเพาะเลี้ยงแบคทีเรียกลุ่ม Streptomyces เพื่อเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตเม็ดสีเมลานิน จากนั้นพัฒนากระบวนการขึ้นรูปเป็นเส้นใยชีวภาพและทดสอบคุณสมบัติ ทางกายภาพ–เคมี ความปลอดภัยเบื้องต้น และการย่อยสลาย ก่อนนําผลลัพธ์ไปสู่การออกแบบและสร้างต้นแบบ ผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอและแฟชั่น รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีให้แก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายในพื้นที่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ได้กระบวนการสังเคราะห์เส้นใยเมลานินชีวภาพที่เป็นเทคโนโลยีสะอาด ลดการตกค้างของสารพิษ และได้ เส้นใยชีวภาพที่มีศักยภาพเป็นวัสดุทางเลือกสําหรับการออกแบบสิ่งทอและแฟชั่นเชิงอัตลักษณ์ โดยบูรณาการ ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) เป้าหมายที่ 9, 12 และ 15 เพื่อสร้าง ผลลัพธ์เชิงบูรณาการทั้งด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมผ่านการต่อยอดสู่การใช้ประโยชน์จริงในชุมชน; This research developed an innovation for synthesising bio-melanin fibre from acid sulfate soil at the Chaipattana Foundation land in Nakhon Nayok Province, guided by the Royal Initiative approach to addressing acid sulfate soil through natural processes and community participation. The study investigated and evaluated the material properties of the bio-melanin fibre for textile and fashion applications, and translated the material outcomes into product prototypes that reflect local identity, alongside knowledge and technology transfer to strengthen the grassroots economy. Acid sulfate soil samples were collected from the study area, and Streptomyces bacteria were isolated and cultivated to enhance melanin pigment production. The resulting pigment was processed into bio-based fibres, which were characterised through physical–chemical testing, preliminary safety-related assessments, and biodegradability evaluation. The findings were subsequently integrated into design-led development to generate textile and fashion prototypes, complemented by technology transfer activities for target groups in the local area. The results indicate a clean synthesis process that reduces toxic residues and yields bio-melanin fibre with potential as an alternative material for identity-driven textile and fashion design. This research focuses on portraying the connection between humans and nature through profound design processes. The synthesised materials exhibit unique properties such as natural decomposition and the ability to reflect cultural values and hues. Furthermore, the project incorporates the concept of a creative economy, minimising environmental impact while enhancing industrial competitiveness both domestically and internationally. The findings reveal that the developed melanin-based biomaterial holds versatility for various applications, including sustainable product development aligned with future fashion market trends. The project also fosters the integration of scientific and artistic knowledge to advance contemporary jewellery design. The research methodology employed is participatory action research conducted through field data collection. It is based on two memory theories: the two-process theory of memory and decay theory, along with design thinking as the research framework. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University, and the Rachasuda College, Mahidol University. The sample group consisted of 10 individuals with hearing impairments. The research findings indicate that the use of creative note-taking media with a 'Bujo' recording method, along with the use of visual aids, sketches, and written translations by Thai sign language interpreters related to specific focused topics, can be adapted to suit the preferences of individuals with hearing impairments. These self-recorded materials stimulate learning, review, and enhance memory abilities to a higher level.
