https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/14059 2026-10-10T02:17:28Z https://sure.su.ac.th/xmlui/handle/123456789/29778 รายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์ โครงการวิจัยย่อยที่ 1 “การสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะแก้วจากกระจกรีไซเคิล” ชุดโครงการวิจัย “การพัฒนาเทคนิคงานแก้วและการสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะจากกระจกรีไซเคิล” สวรรยา จันทรสมัย การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาวิธีการนำแก้วในประเทศไทยมาใช้ในงานสร้างสรรค์ และศึกษากระบวนการอบแก้วที่มีความซับซ้อน ทางเทคนิคเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะแก้วที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ มีการนำแก้วประเภทต่างๆ มาตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติในการหลอมตัวและทดลองทางเทคนิค โดยอ้างอิงวิธีการสากล ผลการทดลองพบว่าแก้วแต่ละชนิดเหมาะแก้การนำมาใช้ในเทคนิคที่แตกต่างกัน แก้วจากโรงงานเป่าแก้วหลอมเหลวได้ดีอ่อนตัวเร็วใช้ในเทคนิคอบผสานและเทคนิคอบอ่อนตัวยุบในแม่พิมพ์ได้ดี กระจกแก้วมีความเหนียวและแข็งนำมาใช้ได้ในเทคนิคการอบผสานหรือการอบอ่อนตัวยุบในแม่พิมพ์และการอัดลมในแก้วที่มีความซับซ้อนทางเทคนิคสูง ทรายแก้วเป็นวัสดุที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมซึ่งหาได้ง่าย มีคุณสมบัติในการหลอมตัวเช่นเดียวกับกระจกแก้ว ลักษณะเป็นเม็ดขนาดเล็กเหมือนผงนำมาใช้ในเทคนิคอบแก้วผงผลึกได้ดี การใช้สีอินาเมลมาผสมทรายแก้วทำให้ได้แก้วสีที่หลายหลายและใช้เขียนผิวเพื่อการตกแต่งได้ดี การสร้างสรรค์ของการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าแก้วในประเทศไทยนำมาใช้ในกระบวนการอบแก้วได้ดี โดยเลือกสรรรูปแบบและเทคนิคให้สอดคล้องกับคุณสมบัติและคุณลักษณะของแก้วแต่ละประเภท; This research studies how to use glass in Thailand in creating works of glass art and how to apply it to the sophisticated warm glass process. Various types of glass were examined for their properties and technical tests were carried out using standard methods. The results showed that each type of glass is suitable for different techniques. Glass from glass-blowing factories turns viscosity and softens at a low temperature. It is appropriate for fusing and slumping. Float glass can be fused and slumped and also in inflated technique. Glass bead used in different industry, is an available material. It has the same properties as float glass. Its appearance is small pellets like glass powder and is a well-used in pâte de verre technique. Enamel pigments can be applied for surface decoration. Mixing enamel pigments with glass beads create various color in glass. Experiments have shown that glass in Thailand can be used in sophisticated techniques of warm glass process to create glass artworks by selecting styles and techniques to be consistent with the properties and characteristics of each type of glass. Studies show that fusing glass techniques and glass-blowing techniques have been used together since the beginning of glass work. There are three furnaces and kilns in the experiment: an open pot furnace, a glory hole and an anneal oven. Tools and equipment used in glass blowing techniques were produced in ths research. Various insulating refractory materials were used to construct various forms of furnaces. The furnace was tested and improved according to expert advice. The result of the research as furnace and kiln are well-used in creative work. The studies indicate that warm glass process is a necessary for glass-blowing techniques. 2024-01-01T00:00:00Z
