There is a significant design gap between gendered and genderless fashion designs. Genderless fashion is not a trend but a new normal, which enables self-identity to show and explores the future gender of human society. This study aims to benefit modern genderless fashion design and specifically, it clarifies the unisex concept transformation effect to fashion and develops practice principles for designers.

This study applies a historical analyzing method to identify ‘unisex costume’ from aspects definition, history, modernization, ancient attire, costume structure, and wearable skills. By historical case comparison, this study revealed the relationship between gender and fashion, and the design experiment is taken follow the action research method to test the hypothesis that the inertia and demand on the relationship of the prototype and silhouette in gender and then flexible design experiment fit with both gender bodies. A survey was distributed to fashion experts and received positive feedback to improve the research validity.

As a result, this study produced a genderless collection and guide manner as outcomes to explain the new knowledge gained. The conclusions suggest that, in concept, representations of individual style are more important and influential than gendered dress codes when designing genderless collections. In practice, the flexible design of adjustment and size definition are reasonable solutions to fit with different bodies. This study's alternative exploration yielded conceptual and practical design principles to blur the gendered costume design boundary, to push more gender-free possibilities in fashion design, to reach the objective of benefit modern agender fashion as contributions.; -

The Chinese zodiac culture is one of the mainstream cultures in traditional Chinese culture. The 12 zodiac signs best reflect the most primitive and real relationship between society and culture and people's lives and have a subtle social influence and tenacious vitality. It not only uses twelve animals to show the year of a person's birth, but also extensively covers all areas of human life. Along with the twelve zodiac signs, it has produced a rich variety of folk customs, cultural connotations, and aesthetic practices. However, in the course of history, the zodiac culture has been slowly integrated into people's lives, but people often do not really understand its cultural significance. The purpose of this study is to disseminate and perpetuate the Chinese zodiac culture through interactive forms of storybooks for children. The quantitative research method was used to determine the spread and development of the zodiac culture through a sample of 195 from 3 locations in Beijing Shanghai Guangzhou. Qualitative research methods were then used to interview 3 designers, 3 experts and 3 parents, as well as behavioral observations of 5 children to provide further support. With positive results, suitable methods and dissemination approaches were found in conjunction with child education theory. The researcher then applied these theoretical models to the development of children's traditional cultural communication, using patterns, colors and approaches borrowed from children's interactive art, adding AR, paper cuts and stories to complete the overall research project.; -

In the history of past public health crises, the prevailing view is that a virus is constantly evolving that has caused a number of health problems in people’s lives through airborne transmission.

In this paper, a public community in Zhong-Shan city, a typical ancient community in China, was studied to explore the problems in the community and gathering the transformational needs of local habitats. An online questionnaire was randomly carried out on 260 samples (45% men and 55% women) of different ages to analyze their satisfaction with the community. Field research was conducted using satellite maps and photographs to study the community's surroundings. In parallel, design solutions were sought for the transformation of the community, consisting of the general layout, the functional design of the entire community, and the design of the vegetable market and library, which were specifically selected as examples of detailed designs with public health in mind. The transformation and design update activities include literature review, interdisciplinary research, field research, case studies and evaluation. A visualization design of community studied and integrated with the art discipline, mechanical engineering, and psychological principles.

By carrying out the visualization design for community transformation, the work of this thesis can be concluded by the methodology of “Macro-Meso-Micro” as follows.

 (1) The transformation design of the whole community was carried out; (2) The transformation design of the vegetable market was conducted for both the external market environment and the internal market space. (3) The transformational design of the library was carried out with regard to the room layout, the ventilation system, the indoor furniture and windows design. Finally, after the transformation, the community is characterized by both the beauty of modern art and the function of public health prevention, which makes people's lives more humane and enjoyable. The work in this paper can be a practical and valuable reference for the upgrading of other urban communities with public health in mind.; -

Plants originate from nature and are one of the most important forms of nature, and the colorful plant forms are the way people can easily and directly feel the expression of nature. Bionics is from the natural world of living organisms to draw design inspiration and look for design sources, and plants as an important part of the organisms are people in the bionic design of the first to look for imitation objects. Ceramics is an art discipline that occupies an important position in the field of art and design, and it is also a unique art form. In the process of shaping and expressing plant morphology through ceramic clay, a sustainable path is explored, exploring the beauty of plants combined with the artistic language of expression.Starting from the concept of bionic, this study analyzes the basic content of plant morphology design, the scope and elements of design as well as the application of plant morphology in ceramic decorative design from the perspective of design.

The article describes the application of bionic design in ceramic decorative design in three parts. The first part mainly lays out the research background and the current situation of the article. The second part of the article briefly explores the history of bionic design in ceramics, and the third part summarizes the existence of bionic design and its characteristics in Chinese ceramics. Through this exploration and research, hope to make up for the lack of research on bionic design in ceramics and provide more reference materials and design feasibility analysis for ceramic design direction and work innovation.; -
