Abstract

ความประทับใจในผิวพื้นแบนราบที่เกิดเป็นรูปทรง และการแตกต่างในผิวพื้นวัตถุของธรรมชาติ สิ่งก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ ที่มีน้ำหนักเข้มจัด ความมืดในเวลากลางคืน ตลอดจนการมองสิ่งของในที่ย้อนแสงกับดวงอาทิตย์ สิ่งเหล่านี้ให้ผลในด้านความรู้สึกที่เด็ดขาด มั่นคง แข็งแรง แสงสว่างจัด ๆ ที่มีอยู่โดยรอบรูปทรง หรืองมองลอดทะลุจากแผ่นราบหนึ่งไปยังอีกแผ่นราบหนึ่ง เห็นพื้นที่ว่างเปล่าของพื้นที่ซึ่งอยู่ข้างหลัง แสดงระยะความสัมพันธ์กันในแผ่นราบ กับพื้นที่ว่างเปล่าซึ่งมิอาจกำหนด หรือวัดระยะได้จากผลของความประทับใจ ทำให้เกิดจิตนาการในการสร้างงานภาพพิมพ์ โดยการนำเอาผิวพื้นของระนาบมาเป็นสื่อ ประกอบกันเป็นรูปทรงแบบนามธรรม ตามลักษณะส่วนตัว

An impression of forms created by flat planes and the difference in various natural texture. Solid constructions, darkness of night, looking at a shape against sun light, all this give a feeling of precision, solidarity and strength. Strong light surrounding a form or a flat form as seen through another with empty spaces behind, showing spatial relation between n planes and spaces which cannot be measured or defying, all this the result of impressions seen and felt which is the inspiration in creating the graphic art. The creation of personal abstract forms by the use of textures of planes as a starting point.
