การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี 3)ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี และ 4) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คน และมีกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบสำรวจ แบบสัมภาษณ์การจัดกิจกรรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินคุณธรรมแบบประเมินทักษะการดำเนินชีวิต แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะความพอเพียง แบบติดตามผลการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้รูปแบบ แบบสังเกตการณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบโดยใช้ t-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีที่พัฒนาคือ KM-LED Model 5 ขั้นตอน คือ การให้ความรู้ (Knowledge : K) การเสริมสร้างสู่คุณธรรม (Moral : M) การฝึกทักษะดำเนินชีวิต (Living skill : L) การประเมินผลปฏิบัติงาน(Evaluation : E) การเผยแพร่และแบ่งปัน (Dissemination : D) โดยมีองค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) หลักการ 2)วัตถุประสงค์ 3) กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม และ 4) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ 2. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะตามแนวคิดปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสำหรับนักศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี “KM-LED Model” หลังการทดลอง นักศึกษามีความรู้ (× ̅) =19.93,S.D.=4.12) มีคุณธรรม (× ̅) =3.50,S.D.=0.34) มีทักษะการดำเนินชีวิต (× ̅) =4.65,S.D.=0.29) และมีคุณลักษณะความพอเพียง (× ̅) =3.85,S.D.=0.15) สูงกว่าก่อนทดลองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อติดตามผลหลังการทดลองเดือนที่ 6 พบว่า คุณลักษณะความพอเพียงของนักศึกษาอยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (× ̅) =4.67,S.D.=0.24) The purposes of this research were : 1) to study and analyze fundamental data; 2) to develop a model of activities to enhance characteristic; 3) to implement a model of activities to enhance characteristics; and 4) to evaluate a model of activities enhance characteristics. The research design by which pretest-posttest technique was used for the experimental group of 30 students and a control group of 30 students. The research instruments were the direct interview form, the survey questionnaire, the knowledge test, the assessment form of moral, the assessment form of living skill, the assessment form of sufficiency economy characteristics, the follow-up operation form, the satisfaction questionnaire and the observation form. The research results were : 1. The model of activities to enhance characteristics based on the philosophy concept of sufficiency economy for undergraduate students (KM-LED Model) comprised 5 steps : Knowledge (K), Moral (M), Living skill (L), Evaluation (E) and Dissemination (D). Each stage of the process had substages which were : Plan : P, Doing : D, Check : C and Act : A. The component of the implementation condition included with social system support system, principle of reaction and success condition 2. The evaluation a “KM-LED Model” of activities to enhance characteristic after the experiment was higher than before using the model in the statistics level at .05 included knowledge (× ̅) =19.93,S.D.=4.12) moral (× ̅) =3.50,S.D.=0.34) living skill (× ̅ )=4.65,S.D.=0.29) characteristic of sufficiency (× ̅) =3.85,S.D.=0.15) and follow-up operation (× ̅) =4.65, S.D.=0.14). The six months follow up suggested that the sufficiency economy characteristic was at the highest level. 3. The satisfaction of the undergraduate students were at the highest level (× ̅) =4.59, S.D.=0.37)
