Abstract

อาชีพ คือ การสร้างรายได้ที่นำไปใช้จ่ายปัจจัยต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้ชีวิตดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างปกติสุข ดังนั้น การประกอบอาชีพจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อการดำรงชีวิตของมนุษย์ อย่างไรก็ดี การประกอบอาชีพควรมีศีลเป็นพื้นฐาน แต่เมื่ออาชีพที่สร้างรายได้เพื่อจุนเจือในครอบครัวนั้น ขัดต่อหลักศีลธรรมอันดี จนเป็นสาเหตุแห่งความกลัวต่อผลของกรรมซึ่งซ่อนอยู่ในจิตใจ จึงเป็นแรงกระตุ้นให้ข้าพเจ้าสร้างผลงานศิลปะชุดนี้ขึ้น เพื่อถ่ายทอดภาพในจินตนาการที่สร้างภาพความทรมานที่ตนเองอาจได้รับจากผลของกรรม ผ่านผลงานภาพพิมพ์สองมิติ ที่มีเนื้อหาเสียดสี ประชดประชันการกระทำของมนุษย์ ซึ่งใช้สัญลักษณ์และทัศนธาตุต่าง ๆ สร้างรูปแบบและองค์ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการเทคนิคภาพพิมพ์ตะแกรงไหม (Silkscreen)
