ปราสาทพระเจ้าในศิลปะล้านนา : ความสัมพันธ์ทางประวัติศาสตร์วัฒนธรรมระหว่างเมืองเชียงใหม่และนครลำปาง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปราสาทพระเจ้าในกลุ่มเชียงใหม่และนครลำปาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปราสาทพระเจ้ากลุ่มทรงปราสาทยอด น่าจะเกี่ยวช้องกับรูปแบบปราสาทในศิลปะพม่า – พุกาม (Pyathat) พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นแบบศิลปะล้านนาในช่วงปลายพุทธศตวรรณที่ 21 เป็นต้นมา เพื่อประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปหรือพระธาตุสำคัญในราชธานีเชียงใหม่ก่อนต่อเนื่องไปยังนครลำปาง ในฐานะที่นครลำปางเป็นฐานอำนาจสำคัญให้กับราชธานีเชียงใหม่มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. ในช่วงพุทธศตวรรษที่ 24 อันเป็นระยะของการฟื้นฟูบ้านเมืองรวมถึงการฟื้นฟูงานช่าง บทบาทของปราสาทโขงพระเจ้ายังคงรูปแบบและความหมายไว้อย่างชัดเจน แต่รูปแบบและแนวความคิดบางประการได้สะท้อนถึงปริมณฑลอำนาจจากรัตนโกสินทร์อีกด้วย 3. ปราสาทโขงพระเจ้าบางแห่ง แสดงให้เห็นความสำคัญของพิธีกรรมที่มีต่อพระพุทธรูปและพระธาตุที่ประดิษฐานภายในโขง สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความศรัทธาของผู้คนในสังคมกับวัฒนธรรมพุทธศาสนาที่มีมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้ในสังคมปัจจุบัน

This research is aimed to study the group of Prasat – The Buddha image enshrined – are found in Chiang mai and Lampang province, for various aspects and issues. The data from the analysis consist of art history, archaeological, epigraghy and cultural, the conclusions are stated below ; 1. The group of Prasat used pattern from Pagan – Bumese art (Pyathat), the early period beginning for enshrined the important images, which most popular and leads to own identity from late of the 15th Century A.D. .This Prasat are reflective cultural historical relation between Chiang mai and Lampang province. 2. The 19th Century A.D., Lanna being to resuscitate social and craft, the group of Prasat are resuscitate too, some form on this time are significance authority from Rattanakosinta. 3. Nowadays, the people are have ritual with the Prasat. This behaviour significance a religion cultural, appearing to continue.
