Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางกายภาพและลักษณะเนื้อหาของเอกสารจดหมายเหตุที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพระยารัษฎานุประดิษฐ์มหิศรภักดี ซึ่งจัดเก็บอยู่ที่หน่วยงานจดหมายเหตุและแหล่งข้อมูลอื่น ๆ รวม 6 แห่ง คือ สำนักหอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติเฉลิมพระเกียรติ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ ตรัง จังหวัดตรัง พิพิธภัณฑ์พระยารัษฎานุประดิษฐ์มหิศรภักดี (คอซิมบี๊ ณ ระนอง) จังหวัดตรัง พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติถลาง จังหวัดภูเก็ต พิพิธภัณฑ์ภูเก็ตไทยหัว จังหวัดภูเก็ต จวนเจ้าเมืองระนอง จังหวัดระนอง และจัดทำคู่มือแนะนำเอกสารจดหมายเหตุเฉพาะเรื่องพระยารัษฎานุประดิษฐ์มหิศรภักดี โดยประยุกต์ใช้มาตรฐานการจัดทำคำอธิบายจดหมายเหตุระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับปรับปรุงครั้งที่ 2 ปี ค.ศ.1999 (ISAD(G) 2nd ) ของสภาการจดหมายเหตุระหว่างประเทศ (ICA) โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเอกสารจดหมายเหตุซึ่งจัดเก็บอยู่ที่แหล่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวข้างต้น แบ่งเป็นเอกสารจดหมายเหตุลายลักษณ์จำนวน 213 แฟ้มและเอกสารโสตทัศนจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพถ่ายจำนวน 244 ภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเอกสารจดหมายเหตุที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพระยารัษฎาฯ ในระดับแฟ้ม (file) และหลักเกณฑ์การลงรายการคำอธิบายเอกสารฯ

The objective of this research is to study the physical characteristics and content of archives related to Phraya Rassadanupradit Mahisaraphakdi which are stored in sic different locations ; the National Archives of Thailand in Bangkok, the National Archives Commemoration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit in Trang Province, the Museum of Phraya Rassdanupradit Mahisaraphakdee (Korsimbee Na Ranong) in Trang Province, the Thalang National Museum in Phuket Province, the Tai Hua Museum in Phuket Province, and the Ranong governor’s official residence in Ranong Province, An additional objective is to propose a special guide list for records relating to Phraya Rassadanupradit Mahisaraphakdi by implementing the 2nd edition of the General Standard Archival Description, published in 1999 C.E., of the International Council on Archives (ICA). The population group and sample size were the recorded archives located in the aforementioned sources. The documentary review was divided into 2 parts, which are 213 written annals and 244 photographs. The research tools were the file level records of Phraya Rassadanupradit Mahisaraphakdi and the principles of file description. The result of the study revealed that the physical characteristics of recorded annals contain reference codes using Thai and English abbreviations, numbers and other symbols. Moreover, files are named and dated, ranging from 2427 to 2494 B.E., and including the size and document quantity in number of sheets and folders, and various sizes of photographs. In terms of technique, the annals are in the form of paper and microfilm. As for documents stored in the other places, they are various sizes of photographs with no bibliographic details such as the file names or dates. As for the content, it was found that all archives contain terms of references and content related to Phraya Rassadanupradit Mahisaraphakdi’s personal background and bureaucratic records in various sectors, such as governing, administration, agriculture, education, transportation, public health and facilities, as well as the record of his death and funeral procession. All documents are arranged chronologically, Photos on display are categorized by subject headings. The application of the 2nd edition of General International Standard Archival Description of the International Council on Archives (ICA) indicates that both physical and specific content of the records can be described as well as the levels of records classification, including group, sub-group, and file. The description reveals the linking of the records in the same group. When these information are arranged in the form of the special guide list, it can be defined as the information source of Phraya Rassadanupradit Mahisaraphakdi, Furthermore, the annals information in the special guide list can be listed in order to search information via an online system in the future.
